The Lundar Falcons are a Junior ice hockey team based in Lundar, Manitoba. Home games are played at Lundar Arena. [1]
Lundar Falcons were formed for the 2010–11 season as a member of the Keystone Junior Hockey League, where they competed until 2018.
The team had one of their best seasons in 2012–13 under then head coach Arnie Caplan, who helped guide the team to its first finish above .500 mark. Caplan would go on to coach at Portage College and Waywayseecappo Wolverines. [2]
For the 2018-19 season the Falcons were one of five teams that departed the Keystone Junior Hockey League and established the Capital Region Junior Hockey League. [3] Despite finishing last in the regular season the Falcons won five games in the playoffs before losing to eventual league champion Selkirk Fishermen in Game 7. [4]

Playoffs
The Victoria Salmon Kings were a professional ice hockey team based in Victoria, British Columbia, and members of the ECHL. The team debuted in the 2004–05 season and folded after the 2010–11 season. The Chilliwack Bruins of the major junior Western Hockey League relocated to become the Victoria Royals and the two teams could not simultaneously operate. They played at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. For most of their history, they were affiliated with the Vancouver Canucks.
The Revelstoke Grizzlies are a Junior 'A' Ice Hockey team based in Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada. They are members of the Doug Birks Division of the Okanagan/Shuswap Conference of the Kootenay International Junior 'A' Hockey League (KIJHL). They play their home games at Revelstoke Forum.
The Selkirk Fishermen are a junior "B" ice hockey team based in Selkirk, Manitoba. They are members of the Capital Region Junior Hockey League (CRJHL). The franchise was founded in 1917.
The 2008–09 Bowling Green Falcons men's ice hockey team represented Bowling Green State University in the 2008–09 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season. Their regular season began on October 10, 2008, against RIT and concluded on February 28, 2009, against Western Michigan. Despite finishing last in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association, Bowling Green advanced to the 2009 CCHA Men's Ice Hockey Tournament where they were eliminated two games to none by Ohio State in the opening round.

Quintin Hughes is an American professional ice hockey defenseman and captain of the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League (NHL). Hughes was drafted seventh overall by the Canucks in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. Before the draft, he was considered a top prospect. Showing impressive offensive prowess as a defenseman since the beginning of his time with the Canucks, he was nominated for the Calder Memorial Trophy as the league's best rookie in 2020. He holds several franchise and NHL records for defensemen, and won the James Norris Memorial Trophy in 2024 as the NHL's best defenseman.
