Madhu Babu (Full Name: Valluru Madhusudana Rao) is a Telugu detective novel writer. [2] [3]

Biography

Madhu Babu's fictional detectives, Shadow, Gangaram, Kulakarni, Mukesh, Bindu, Srikar became very popular during the 1970-1990s. He is still writing in Telugu weeklies Swathi and Sahari (Online) and also written serials in Telugu weekly Navya and also Nadhi Monthly. He has his own publication house. He has also written film and television scripts. In May 2022, he started his own Podcast channel on YouTube and other mediums as 'Shadow Madhu Babu (Official) Audio Books'. He started his own official WHATSAPP (Channel), Telegram group and Facebook page administered by him.

He worked as a head master in Hanuman Junction in Krishna district Andhra Pradesh, Now staying with his son in Hyderabad

Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry was an Indian poet and lyricist known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He acquired the stage name Sirivennela after writing the lyrics for the 1986 film of same name. Sastry has garnered several awards including eleven Nandi Awards and six Filmfare Awards South for his work the most by any other south Indian lyricist. He had penned lyrics for over 3,000 songs until 2020. In 2019, he was awarded the Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian award in India, for his contributions to the field of arts and aesthetics.

Pokiri (transl. Rogue) is a 2006 Indian Telugu-language action thriller film written and directed by Puri Jagannadh. The film was produced by Jagannadh and Manjula Ghattamaneni by their respective production companies Vaishno Academy and Indira Productions. The film stars Mahesh Babu, Ileana, Prakash Raj, Nassar, Ashish Vidyarthi and Sayaji Shinde. Sistla Janaki is an Indian playback singer and occasional music composer from Andhra Pradesh. She is widely referred to as "Janaki Amma" and "Nightingale of South India". She is one of the best-known playback singers in India. She has recorded over 48,000 songs in films, albums, TV and Radio which includes solos, duets, chorus and title tracks in 17 languages including Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Sanskrit, Odia, Tulu, Urdu, Punjabi, Badaga, Bengali, Konkani and also in foreign languages such as English, Japanese, German and Sinhala; the highest number of songs in her career were in Kannada followed by Malayalam. Takkari Donga is a 2002 Indian Telugu-language western film directed and produced by Jayanth C. Paranjee. The film starred Mahesh Babu, Lisa Ray, Bipasha Basu, and Rahul Dev in pivotal roles. Mostly shot in the United States, upon release, Takkari Donga received mixed reviews, and was a box office flop.
