A bonspiel is a curling tournament, consisting of several games, often held on a weekend. Until the 20th century most bonspiels were held outdoors, on a frozen freshwater loch. Today almost all bonspiels are held indoors on specially prepared artificial ice.
The Plainfield Curling Club is a nonprofit curling club located in South Plainfield, New Jersey. It owns and operates the only dedicated curling facility in New Jersey. It was founded in 1963, with the members initially using rented ice and curling outdoors. The current two-sheet structure was completed in 1967.

The St. Paul Let's Cure Lupus Cash Spiel is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, that takes place at the St. Paul Curling Club in St. Paul, Minnesota. It is part of the World Curling Tour. The bonspiel takes place during the 6th/7th week of the Tour. In the past, the event has been held using a triple knockout format, but a round-robin tournament format has been used since the 2010 spiel. The men's tournament was started in 1994 and has been held every year since 1998 as part of the World Curling Tour. The women's tournament is due to begin in 2011.
The Challenge de Curling de Gatineau is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, on the World Curling Tour. It is held annually in late October in the City of Gatineau, Quebec. The men's tournament was started in 2009, while the women's tournament was started in 2011, but discontinued after 2013.
The Potomac Curling Club is a curling club started in 1961 and currently curling in Laurel, Maryland. Operating out of the National Capital Curling Center, a dedicated curling ice facility at The Gardens Ice House operated under a long-term lease since 2002, the group maintains four sheets of dedicated curling ice, the only dedicated curling ice in the Washington, D.C., area. The club operates during the main curling season, although social events for the membership occur during the summer.
The Karuizawa International Curling Championships is a curling bonspiel held annually since the Olympic Games in Nagano at the SCAP Karuizawa Arena in Kariuzawa, Japan. The bonspiel is held to commemorate the curling event at the 1998 Nagano Olympics, the first official curling event in the Olympic programme since the 1924 Winter Olympics. It is also held to help promote curling throughout Japan. The event became a World Curling Tour event in 2014.
The Curl Mesabi Classic is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, that takes place at Curl Mesabi's venue, the Range Recreation and Civic Center, in Eveleth, Minnesota. The tournament is held in a round-robin format. The men's tournament, started c. 2003, and joined the World Curling Tour in 2007. Women were allowed to participate in the men's tournament until 2011, when a separate women's tournament was created. The women's event was not held in 2013. The event is part of the United States Order of Merit System, used to determine the teams which will directly qualify to the National Championships each year. The bonspiel is also part of the Great Lakes Curling Tour. The event's coordinator is Phill Drobnick.
The Challenge de Curling Desjardins, formerly the Challenge Casino de Charlevoix is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, that takes place at the Aréna de Clermont and the Club de Curling Nairn in Clermont, Québec. The tournament is held in a triple-knockout format. The tournament, which was sponsored by Casino de Charlevoix until 2021, has been held every year since its inception in 2003 and was part of the World Curling Tour. This tournament, along with the Challenge Casino Lac Leamy, was one of the few major curling events in Québec. Desjardins Insurance became the title sponsor in 2022.

The Curve US Open of Curling is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, held at the Four Seasons Curling Club in Blaine, Minnesota. It was held as part of the men's World Curling Tour from 2014 to 2019 and as part of the women's WCT from 2016 to 2019, though women's teams were invited to participate in the 2014 event. The purse for the event is $14,000 USD on both the men's and women's sides.
