Madison Horn is an American businesswoman, cybersecurity expert, and political figure. She has run for elected office multiple times in her home state of Oklahoma. [1]
Horn was raised in Stilwell, Oklahoma. She is a citizen of Cherokee Nation. [2]
Horn started her career working odd jobs before being hired by a cybersecurity firm and working her way to more prominent roles at companies like Accenture and Siemens. [3] In 2023, she was named CEO of Critical Fault. [4] As of 2025, Horn is the Founder and CEO of RoseRock Advisory Group, and leads WWT's National Security and Critical Infrastructure practice. [1] She also educates and advises policymakers on cybersecurity and technology policy. [5]
