Major Arena Soccer League Women (MASLW) is a North American women's indoor soccer league that was created in 2024 and is part of the Major Arena Soccer League system. The commissioner is Chris Economides, who also serves as commissioner of MASL 2 and MASL 3.
Established on September 3, 2024, the MASL formed a new women's indoor soccer league in North America under the MASL banner as a part of a historic unification of the main league, MASL 2 and MASL 3. They were rebranded from the former Premier Arena Soccer League's women's league. [1]

Indoor soccer or arena soccer is a form of five-a-side or six-a-side version of minifootball. It is derived from association football and adapted to be played in walled hardcourt indoor arena. It is a different sport to the FIFA-sanctioned indoor football sport of Futsal.

The franchise also operates in USL League Two, a minor outdoor league. Founded in 2003, the indoor team plays its home games at ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington. First playing in 2024, the outdoor men's team and outdoor women's team, the Tacoma Galaxy, play home games at Bellarmine Preparatory School in Tacoma.
The Rochester Lancers were a professional indoor soccer team in the Major Arena Soccer League 2. The team is named in honor of the Rochester Lancers of the North American Soccer League. The team was active from November 2011 through March 2015. A new version of the team contested the 2018–19 Major Arena Soccer League 2 season; for 2019–20 the team moved back up to the MASL. After another two year hiatus the Lancers are in M2 for the 2022-23 season. The team concluded play after the 2024 season.
The Dallas Sidekicks are an American professional indoor soccer team based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex that competes in the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL). The team plays its home games in the Credit Union of Texas Event Center. They kicked off their inaugural season as a member of the Professional Arena Soccer League on November 3, 2012. The Sidekicks segued to the MASL for its inaugural season on October 25, 2014. The team took a leave of absence on September 19, 2017, for one season to re-organize. On July 24, 2018, it was announced that the Dallas Sidekicks would return for the 2018–2019 season.

The Blast repeated in 2016–17, defeating the Sonora Suns in the Ron Newman Cup, 2–1.
