The Malawi Roads Authority (MRA) is a Malawian quasi government body established in early 2006 by an Act of Parliament of Malawi with intention to ensure that public roads are maintained, as well as rehabilitated at all times. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] The body is responsible for development, maintainance and management of the Malawi road network infrastructure. [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11]

On the lowest level, the network ends with trucks and trails where as the main is made up of Main Roads, Tertiary Roads [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] and Secondary Roads. [17] [18] [19] [20] [21] [22]

Ntcheu is a district in the Central Region of Malawi. It borders with the country of Mozambique. The district headquarters is Ntcheu, known as BOMA in the local language, but is most commonly called Mphate. It is run by Yeneya, the village headman. The Kanyika mine is an open pit mine which extracts niobium ore from a large deposit located in northern Malawi in the Northern Region, about 250 kilometers north of Lilongwe. It will be the second-largest mining operation in the country, behind the Kayelekera mine. Kanyika represents one of the largest niobium mineral resource in Malawi having estimated resources of 60 million tonnes of ore grading 0.29% niobium metal. The mine is the main project of the Australia-based Globe Metals & Mining Ltd.

Mwale Medical and Technology City is a community-owned sustainable metropolis located in Butere Sub-county, Kakamega, Kenya. Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) is the revenue service and a government agency of the Malawi government. Malawi Revenue Authority is responsible for collecting taxes. During his death, he was 56 years old. M'mbelwa V's headquarters is in Edingeni, Mzimba. He is married to Inkosikazi M'mbelwa V. During COVID-19 in 2020, he instructed the government to avoid mass gatherings of people.

Kelvin Khuzumba popularly known as Nesnes is a Malawian rnb artist and song writer. He became popular after releasing songs such as Chidodo and It’s not fair in early 2010s. He featured Conel Chyoon and Lap T in the album which has songs like Chibwelele, Kadya Ubwelele, Sionse, Ndinjoye and Mundilanditse.

The Great Angels Choir is a CCAP gospel musical group from Lilongwe, Malawi. In 2016, the choir shared a stage with American singer, Don Moen. In 2023, it was rumoured that the choir was spliting to which it publicly denied. In September 2023, the choir collaborated with South Africa's Rebecca Malope in performance at the Blessings Gospel Concert at BICC in Lilongwe and other artists. In 2017, the choir hired Sipho Makhabane to spice their website.

Kwathu Drama Group is a Malawian oldest drama group mainly composed of Eric Mabedi and John Nyanga, who died in 2021, that started in 1980. Mabedi died in 2022 after suffering from severe kidney damage. In 2020, the ensemble blamed the hospitality industry of Malawi for not supporting, improving and upgrading the status of stage performances in the country. In 2013, Kwathu Drama took campaigns against inequality in the country about the LGBQ.

Chiyanjano Muheziwa popularly known as Annie Matumbi, and sometimes Nyakwawa, is a Malawian veteran musician, tv presenter, actor and politician. In 2017, Matumbi claimed he was the father of Malawi urban music. In 2018, Matumbi stood in a winning a parliamentary seat in 2019's general election under Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Candidate for Lilongwe City South West constituency.

Priscilla Kayira is a Malawian radio broadcaster, presenter and television personality. In 2019, Kayira was nominated the Personality of the Year along with Luna and Sharon Chirwa in UMP Media Awards. She won the same award in the same category in 2020 and 2022.She was born in Mzuzu and moved to Southern Region to purse her career. She is a Tumbuka by tribe. Her role model was the former MBC-TV personality, Tamara Chafunya.

Sharon Chirwa is a Malawian author and television personality. She was born in Mzuzu. She is a Tumbuka by tribe. In 2019, Chirwa was nominated the Personality of the Year along with Luna and Priscilla Kayira in UMP Media Awards. In 2020, she was nominated for Best Female TV Personality.

Nkhorongo(Tumbuka: Scattered trees) is a residential town in Luwinga, Mzuzu. It is located North of Mzuzu, Northern Region, Malawi. It is a home to a regional team, Nkhorongo United Team, as well as Nkholongo FC.

The M1 road is a road in Malawi. It connects Dedza District with Mozambique, Mzimba with Zambia, as well as Tanzania through Chitipa District. All the main towns have a tollgate connecting each city. The road is the backbone of the whole Malawi road infrastructure as well as its economy. It is a paved road that facilitates trade between Tanzania and South Africa, as well as other neighboring countries. In Northern Region, the road links Chitimba and Chiweta which in turn connects the northern part of the country with Tanzania.
