Manning Island is an island in the vicinity of Antarctica. It was named after surveyor John Manning, in honour of his work in Antarctica. [1] The Lars Christensen expedition of 1936-1937 photographed it from the air, calling it Viksy (Bay Island).

Debelt Glacier Glacier in Antarctica

The Debelt Glacier on Varna Peninsula, Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica is situated southeast of Rose Valley Glacier and northeast of Panega Glacier. It drains the southeastern slopes of Vidin Heights and flows into Moon Bay between Edinburgh Hill and Helis Nunatak. The glacier extends three km in an east-west direction, and 1.5 km in north-south direction.

Valchedram Island

Gramada Glacier

Gramada Glacier is a 1.6 nautical miles long glacier on Smith Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica draining the southeast slopes of Imeon Range east of Riggs Peak, southeast of Madan Saddle and south of Neofit Peak. It is situated southwest of Armira Glacier and northeast of Letnitsa Glacier, and flows southeastward into Brashlyan Cove on Osmar Strait. The glacier is named after the town of Gramada in northwestern Bulgaria.

The island is situated 900 m (980 yd) northwest of Barrientos Island, 1.35 km (0.84 mi) northeast of Sierra Island and 650 m (710 yd) southeast of Emeline Island. Extending 450 by 260 m. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.

The island is situated 850 m (930 yd) northwest of Jorge Island, 460 m (500 yd) north of Riksa Islands and 350 m (380 yd) southeast of Morris Rock. Extending 640 by 350 m, surface area 11 hectares. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.

Pastra Glacier is a 4.8 km long and 2 km wide glacier in the central part of Trinity Island in the Palmer Archipelago, Antarctica. Draining northwards to flow into Milburn Bay.

Vardim Rocks

Vardim Rocks are a group of rocks situated on the south side of Hell Gates, facing Devils Point in the southwest extremity of Byers Peninsula on Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. Extending 1.3 km (0.81 mi) in east-west direction. The two principal islets in the group, Demon and Sprite, are extending 420 by 400 m and 270 by 150 m respectively, with surface area of the former 9 hectares. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.

It is situated 1.5 km (0.93 mi) northwest of Slab Point and 2.8 km (1.7 mi) north of Kotis Point. Extending 600 by 300 m, surface area 17 hectares. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.

Graovo Rocks is the group of rocks off the north coast of Robert Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. They are situated east of Lientur Rocks and southwest of Liberty Rocks, and extend 1.75 km (1.09 mi) in north-south direction and 750 m (820 yd) in east-west direction.

Galiche Rock

Galiche Rock is the large rock off Somovit Point on the east coast of Robert Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. It is extending 300 m (328 yd) in northwest-southeast direction and 180 m (197 yd) in northeast-southwest direction, and forming the south side of the entrance to Kruni Cove and the north side of the entrance to Tsepina Cove.

Kyiv Peninsula

Kyiv Peninsula is the predominantly ice-covered, oval shaped peninsula projecting 35 km in northwest direction from the west side of Graham Land, Antarctic Peninsula. It is bounded by Flandres Bay to the northeast and Beascochea Bay to the southwest, and separated from Wilhelm Archipelago to the northwest by Lemaire Channel and Penola Strait. The peninsula's north extremity Cape Renard divides Graham Coast to the southwest from Danco Coast to the northeast. Mount Demaria is found on the west coast of the peninsula.

Akin Island

Akin Island is the 280 m long in southeast-northwest direction and 100 m wide rocky island lying off the north coast of Nelson Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. It is “named after Akin Point on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.”
