Kentish Town is an area of northwest London, England in the London Borough of Camden, immediately north of Camden Town. Less than four miles north of central London, Kentish Town has good transport connections and is situated close to the open spaces of Hampstead Heath.
Gospel Oak is an area of north west London in the London Borough of Camden at the very south of Hampstead Heath. The neighbourhood is positioned between Hampstead to the north-west, Dartmouth Park to the north-east, Kentish Town to the south-east, and Belsize Park to the south-west. Gospel Oak lies across the NW5 and NW3 postcodes and is served by Gospel Oak station on the London Overground.
Gospel Oak railway station is in the London Borough of Camden in north-west London. It is situated on the North London line, served by Mildmay line services between Clapham Junction/Richmond and Stratford, and is also the western passenger terminus of the Gospel Oak to Barking line, served by Suffragette line services to/from Barking Riverside. Passengers using Oyster cards are required to tap on interchange Oyster card readers when changing between the two lines. The station is in Travelcard Zone 2, and is managed by London Overground which runs all passenger trains at the station.
Swiss Cottage is an area of Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden, England. It is centred on the junction of Avenue Road and Finchley Road and includes Swiss Cottage tube station. Swiss Cottage lies 3.25 miles (5.23 km) north-northwest of Charing Cross. The area was named after a public house in the centre of it, known as "Ye Olde Swiss Cottage".
Dartmouth Park is a district of north west London in the Borough of Camden, 6.0 km (3.7 mi) north of Charing Cross. The area adjoins Highgate and Highgate Cemetery and Kentish Town. Parliament Hill is to the west.
Carey Street is a road in the Holborn area of Central London. Located close to Lincoln's Inn Fields and the Royal Courts of Justice, it runs from Portugal Street to Chancery Lane parallel to the Strand to the south. New Square is a little to the north, connected by an arched gateway dating back to the 1697. While the western end of Carey Street is in the City of Westminster the eastern end beyond the junction with Serle Street is in the London Borough of Camden. It takes its name from Nicholas Carey who owned a house in the street in the seventeenth century.
Eton Avenue is a street in the Belsize Park area of Hampstead in North London. Located in the London Borough of Camden, it runs eastward from Swiss Cottage tube station to a junction with England's Lane, Primrose Hill Road and Belsize Park Gardens by The Washington pub. Fellows Road and Adelaide Road run parallel to the south of Eton Avenue.
Flask Walk is a street in Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden. It runs eastwards from Hampstead High Street to a junction with Well Walk and New End Square. It is primarily residential but the western end of the street is a pedestrianised alley featuring commercial properties. Hampstead tube station is located close to the junction with the High Street.
Pond Street is located in Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden. It runs eastwards from Rosslyn Hill to South End Green, located in the old "South End" of the settlement. The street takes its name from an ancient pond at South End Green, a source of the River Fleet, and has been known by this name since at least 1678. The pond survived into the Victorian era.
Spaniards Road is a street in Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden. It runs northwards from the junction of Heath Street and North End Way, close to the Hampstead War Memorial and Jack Straw's Castle, cutting through Hampstead Heath before becoming Hampstead Lane which then turns eastwards towards Highgate. It is designated part of the B519 Road.

It runs southwards from the junction with East Heath Road and Downshire Hill alongside the southern edge of Hampstead Heath until reaching South End Green where it meets Pond Street and two roads running off east towards Gospel Oak. South Hill Park street runs north towards Hampstead Ponds. Keats Grove runs off the road and forms a triangle with Downshire Hill noted for its surviving Regency architecture.
Priory Road is a street in Kilburn. Located in the London Borough of Camden it runs northwards from Belsize Road through South Hampstead crossing several streets including Abbey Road before finishing at a junction with Broadhurst Gardens, not far from West Hampstead tube station. It takes its name from the old Kilburn Priory located in the area until the dissolution of the monasteries under Henry VIII.
Belsize Road is a street in the London Borough of Camden. It runs west to east from Kilburn High Road to close to Finchley Road in the Swiss Cottage area of Hampstead. It is part of the B509 route which continues eastwards as Adelaide Road to Chalk Farm tube station. Despite its name it is located to the west of Belsize Park in the South Hampstead area. Much of its route runs parallel to the Midland Main Line and Kilburn High Road station is at its eastern end. It meets a number of streets including Loudoun Road, Abbey Road and Priory Road.
Lismore Circus is a housing estate located in Gospel Oak in the London Borough of Camden. Constructed in the 1960s and 1970s it replaced the older road layout centred on the circular street of the same name.
The Gatehouse is a public house in Highgate, London, located at a road junction where Highgate High Street, West Hill, North Hill and Hampstead Lane converge close to Pond Square. It stands on the site of the oldest recorded structure in Highgate Village. A toll road was constructed in the early fourteenth century and an arched gateway was constructed under which all passing had to pay. This gave its name to the area.
Pond Square is a garden square and village green in Highgate, London. Located close to Highgate High Street and The Gatehouse it is today in the London Borough of Camden. Swain's Lane runs off the square heading downhill past Highgate Cemetery.
The Prince of Wales is Grade II listed public house in Highgate, London. Located on Highgate High Street the building dates back to the eighteenth century. It became a pub in 1864 when the future Edward VII held the title of Prince of Wales. Amongst former landlords was the retired sportsman Leslie Compton who played cricket for Middlesex and football for Arsenal. The rear of the pub faces on to Pond Square. The pub and neighbouring buildings have been listed since 1974.
Highgate West Hill is a street in Highgate, London. Located in the London Borough of Camden it runs north to south with Hampstead Heath off to its west and Highgate Cemetery away to the east. A number of streets run off the road including The Grove, Millfield Lane and Hillway. The route dates back to the medieval era.
Highgate High Street is located in Highgate in London. A high street, it provides the main shopping thoroughfare for the settlement at the top of Highgate Hill. It runs downhill from the western end and forms of the longer B519 that includes Highgate Hill towards Archway. At its western end is a crossroads by The Gatehouse pub where it meets Hampstead Lane, Highgate West Hill and North Road. Pond Square, the village green of Highgate, is located nearby. Other roads running off the High Street include Southwood Lane and South Grove. The High Street forms the border between the London Borough of Camden to the south and Haringey to the north, reflecting the historic parish boundaries between Hornsey and St Pancras.
Swain's Lane is a street in Highgate in the London Borough of Camden. It runs up Highgate Hill, for much of its route alongside Highgate Cemetery and Waterlow Park. It is noted for its steepness. It runs uphill from a junction with Highgate Road and Highgate West Hill close to Hampstead Heath. Its northern end terminates on South Grove close to Pond Square in the heart of old Highgate village.
