Marc Lacelle (born March 8, 1958, in Montreal, Quebec) is a former Canadian football player who played with the Montreal Alouettes and the Montreal Concordes as a running back. Lacelle ran for 254 yards in his career on 69 attempts, scoring 2 rushing touchdowns. He also caught 26 passes for 230 yards and 3 receiving touchdowns and returned 12 kickoffs for 236 yards. The 84th Grey Cup, also known as The Snow Bowl, was the 1996 Grey Cup Canadian Football League championship game played between the Toronto Argonauts and the Edmonton Eskimos at Ivor Wynne Stadium in Hamilton, Ontario. Calvillo was an assistant coach for the Alouettes from 2015 to 2017 and with the Toronto Argonauts in 2018.

96th Grey Cup

The 96th Grey Cup was held in Montreal, Quebec at Olympic Stadium on November 23, 2008. The Eastern Division Champion Montreal Alouettes hosted the Western Division Champion Calgary Stampeders. The Stampeders won the game 22–14, with quarterback Henry Burris winning the MVP award. It was the first time Montreal had hosted the Grey Cup since 2001, the first time since the 2002 Grey Cup that the host city played for the Grey Cup, and the first time since the 58th Grey Cup in 1970 that the Alouettes and Stampeders had met for the national championship. Hoping to break the record for highest attendance for a Grey Cup game, the organizers expanded Olympic Stadium to almost 70,000 seats. A crowd of 66,308 attended the game, failing to break the record of 68,318 set in 1977, but good enough to be the second-highest attended Grey Cup game of all time. Montreal has now played host to the four highest-attended Grey Cup games in history. As of the end of the 2017 CFL season, this is the last time a Western-based team has won the Grey Cup in Eastern Canada.

Axel Edward Brian Hoyer is an American football quarterback for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Michigan State and was signed by the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2009. A journeyman quarterback, Hoyer has also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, Chicago Bears, San Francisco 49ers and Indianapolis Colts. The 98th Grey Cup was a Canadian football game played between the Eastern Division champion Montreal Alouettes and Western Division champion Saskatchewan Roughriders to decide the champion of the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the 2010 season. In a rematch of the 97th Grey Cup, the Alouettes defeated the Roughriders for the second year in a row, 21–18, becoming the first team in 13 years to win back-to-back Grey Cups.

He was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2009. He played college football at Northwestern. Stephen Glenn Garcia is an American football quarterback. He played college football for the University of South Carolina. Garcia had a 20–14 record as a starter for the Gamecocks. He completed 7,597 passing yards including 47 touchdowns and 41 interceptions. He also rushed for 777 yards and 15 touchdowns. Garcia was suspended five times during his college career and ultimately dismissed from the football program midway through his final season of eligibility. He currently works as an independent quarterback coach in Tampa.

The 19th Grey Cup was the 1931 Canadian Rugby Union championship game that was played at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium in Montreal, between the Regina Roughriders and the Montreal AAA Winged Wheelers. The hometown Winged Wheelers shut-out the Roughriders 22-0.

James Curtis Wilder Jr. is a former professional gridiron football running back. He played three seasons for the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League (CFL), winning the Grey Cup in 2017 and the CFL's Most Outstanding Rookie Award for 2017. Josh Neiswander is a former professional Canadian football quarterback and current American football coach. He was signed by the Montreal Alouettes on June 11, 2011. He dressed in all 17 games during the following season as a back up to Anthony Calvillo, football's all-time leader in passing yards, touchdowns, and completions. He started his first professional game against the BC Lions on August 22, 2013, and started 4 more games that season, throwing for 1,369 yards and 9 touchdowns in his first professional season. He graduated with a Master's in Business Administration from Angelo State University while breaking every major passing record in school history.
