Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, clubs from Saint Pierre and Miquelon did not join the main competition, and clubs from New Caledonia and Tahiti did not participate. Changes to the competition structure due to the COVID-19 pandemic mean a total of 136 teams will qualify for round 7 from this process this season, rather than the usual 156.
