Marc Warren is an American television producer and writer. He is best known for working with fellow producer and writer Dennis Rinsler on the series Full House , Even Stevens and That's So Raven .

Career

Warren worked as school teacher in New York City. It was there he met Dennis Rinsler before moving to Los Angeles. [1] Their experiences as teachers was the inspiration for the late 1990s sitcom Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher starring Mitch Mullany, which they also produced, receiving co-creation credit with Richard Gurman. They both formed the production company "Warren & Rinsler Productions".

They have been active since 1982, writing and producing for the television series Madame's Place , Fast Times , Full House (which they also executive produced and served as showrunners of for the series' final three seasons), The Parent 'Hood and served as creators of Cory in the House . The two have been nominated for Daytime and Primetime Emmys for their work on the Disney Channel series Even Stevens and That's So Raven . [2] [3]

In 2009, Rinsler and Warren dissolved their partnership. The two had each already been writing and directing solo during their runs as executive producers of Even Stevens (Rinsler directing the episode "Beans on the Brain"), That's So Raven (Warren directing five episodes) and Cory in the House (Warren directing two episodes, while retaining a producer partnership). Warren eventually landed a solo job as a writer and consulting producer of Jonas for its second and last season in 2010.

Warren ran the Disney Channel Storytellers program, which was launched in 2014 as an initiative to find new talent in creating and writing for Disney programming content. [4]

<i>Cory in the House</i> American television series

Cory in the House is an American television sitcom which aired on the Disney Channel from January 12, 2007, to September 12, 2008, and was a spin-off from the Disney Channel show That's So Raven. The show focuses on Cory Baxter, who moves from San Francisco, California to Washington, D.C., with his father, after Victor Baxter gets a new job as the White House Executive Chef. The series was the first Disney Channel spin-off series, as well as the final Disney Channel series overall, to be both shot and broadcast in standard definition for the entire run of the show. Reruns of the series have aired on Disney Channel and Disney XD, it also aired on the Family Channel in Canada. Raven-Symoné guest-starred in one episode, reprising her role as Raven Baxter.

Sarah Jane Cunningham and Suzie Villandry-Freeman are an American television producing and writing team. They began their careers writing for the Nickelodeon animated series The Wild Thornberrys. Before moving on to the fellow Nicktoons shows Rugrats and As Told by Ginger. Some of their other television credits include Even Stevens, Cory in the House, South of Nowhere, Everybody Hates Chris, True Jackson, VP, Melissa & Joey and That's So Raven. Raven's Home is an American family sitcom television series developed by Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas that premiered on Disney Channel on July 21, 2017. The series stars Raven-Symoné, Issac Ryan Brown, Navia Robinson, Jason Maybaum, Sky Katz, and Anneliese van der Pol for its first four seasons. Raven-Symoné and Issac Ryan Brown returned for the fifth season, alongside Mykal-Michelle Harris, Felix Avitia, Emmy Liu-Wang and Rondell Sheridan.
