Marcus Brosch is a German songwriter, record producer and remixer.
Lacking success at playing football in the early eighties, he stopped playing it in favour of playing the guitar at the age of thirteen years, playing in several bands with his later partner in productions, Henrik Menzel. In the mid-90s, he founded the Hip-Hop group Aroma with Menzel and Philipp Grüthering which was the predecessor of the progressive group Deichkind. However, Brosch and Menzel decided against a career as active artists and founded the production-groupd Island Bros.. One of their first notable projects was the single Electrosonic which they released under the pseudonym Amp at Universal Music together with Klaus Schulze in 1997. The success of their single provided them the opportunity to work at Herbert Böhme's Boogiepark Studios. Together with Andreas "Boogieman" Herbig, they produced remixes for renowned artists like Brandy, Joy Denalane, Lionel Richie, Enrique Iglesias, Liberty X, Inessa, Phil Collins or Lil' Kim. Subsequently, Boogieman and Island Bros. merged into Boogie Bros., however Menzel and Brosch still produced artists like Olesoul on their own. [1]
Deichkind is a Hip-Hop / Electro band formed in Hamburg, Germany in 1997. In the middle of 2008 Ferris MC, aka “Ferris Hilton”, joined singer/MC Philipp Grütering and bassist/MC Sebastian “Porky” Dürre as the newest member of the band. During their concerts the band is joined by their tour-DJ, DJ Phono.

Beginning with 2002, Brosch went new ways, now mainly producing together with Roland Spremberg and Kim Sanders. Well-known results of their collaboration are songs like Fiesta by Vanessa S. feat. Ferris MC, a remix of a Deichkind-song as well as several other songs and remixes for German artists like Hartmut Engler, Florence Joy and BAP. Moreover, Brosch wrote songs for and produced the German singer Ben. [1]
Kim Sanders is an American singer and songwriter based in Germany. Sanders began to release singles as a solo artist in 1994 and wrote songs for other musicians. In 1993 and 1994 she released three of her singles, "Show Me", "Tell Me That You Want Me" and "Ride". In 1998, Sanders became the front-woman of the German dance project, Culture Beat, on the album Metamorphosis. In 2003, she released her debut album Pretty on Edge, which failed to enter the charts due to the record company placing the incorrect bar code on the album. Although this was a huge setback for Sanders' solo career, she has since collaborated with artists such as, Schiller, Aural Float, Stefanie Heinzmann, Till Brönner, Nicola Conte and Wolfgang Haffner. Her solo album A Closer Look was released in 2009 with the C.A.R.E. Music Group and won the Preis Der Deutschen Schallplatten Kritik in the category of Black Music, in February 2010.

Monrose was a German pop girl group, first established in November 2006. Formed on the fifth installment of the German adaption of the international television talent show Popstars on the ProSieben network, the trio consisted of singers Mandy Capristo, Senna Guemmour, and Bahar Kızıl. They were signed to Starwatch Music and released their debut album Temptation December 2006. It achieved major success throughout Central Europe, selling more than a 600,000 copies combined and produced two singles, including number-one breakthrough hit "Shame" and "Even Heaven Cries."
Temptation is the debut studio album by German pop trio Monrose, released on 8 December 2006 by Starwatch Music and Warner Music Group following the band's formation on the television talent show Popstars – Neue Engel braucht das Land. Pre-recorded with all six finalists of the sixth Popstars season throughout October and November 2006, jury member Dieter Falk produced the majority of the album and collaborated with producers like Jiant, Marcus Brosch, Jonas Jeberg, Toni Cottura and Marc Mozart and his Mozart & Friends team. The album is primarily a dance-pop record with influences from many the hip hop, contemporary R&B, and Europop genres.
