Margaux Daveloose (born 29 September 2003) is a retired Belgian artistic gymnast. She competed at the 2019 World Championships.
Margaux Daveloose was born on 29 September 2003, in Bruges. She was named the 2018 Sportswoman of the Year by the Association of Sports Journalists in Bruges, and she received the 2019 Female Youth Trophy from the Bruges Sports Council. [2] She speaks Dutch and English. [2] She looks up to fellow Belgian national team member Nina Derwael. [1]
Daveloose competed at the 2017 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival where she finished 12th in the all-around final with a score of 50.000. [3] At the 2018 European Junior Championships, the Belgian team finished 6th, and Daveloose finished 10th in the all-around with a score of 51.000. [4] [5]
She competed at the 2019 World Championships along with Maellyse Brassart, Senna Deriks, Nina Derwael, and Jade Vansteenkiste. The team finished in 10th place and qualified for a team spot to the 2020 Olympic Games. [6] [7]
Daveloose was selected for Belgium's Olympic pre-selection team of thirteen gymnasts, six of whom will be chosen for the 2020 Olympic team. [8] At the 2021 Belgian Test Meet, she placed third in the all-around behind Noémie Louon and Nina Derwael. [9] She was then selected for the team for the 2021 European Championships along with Derwael, Fien Enghels, and Lisa Vaelen. [10]
Elisabeth Seitz is a German artistic gymnast. She is the 2022 European champion and the 2018 World bronze medalist on the uneven bars. She is one of the only female gymnasts in history to compete the Def release, and her eponymous skill, a full-twisting Maloney. Seitz has also had success in the individual all-around event, where she is the 2011 European silver medalist and an eight-time German national champion. She is a three-time Olympian, representing Germany at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, where she led her team to a sixth-place finish and placed fourth in the uneven bars final, and the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. In 2022, she was part of the first German team to ever win a European team medal.
Anastasia Andreyevna Ilyankova is a Russian artistic gymnast. She is the 2020 Olympic silver medalist, the 2019 European champion, and the 2019 and 2020 Russian champion on the uneven bars. She is a four-time FIG World Cup medalist, and she finished fourth on the uneven bars at the 2017 World Championships.
Tisha Manouk Gijs Volleman is a Dutch artistic gymnast and a member of the national team. She won a bronze medal with the Dutch team at the 2018 European Championships. She represented the Netherlands at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Fan Yilin is a Chinese artistic gymnast and uneven bars specialist. She is a two-time world champion on the uneven bars and the 2015 Asian champion on balance beam. At the 2015 World Championships, she was part of the first ever four-way tie along with Viktoria Komova, Daria Spiridonova, and Madison Kocian. Domestically, she is a four-time Chinese national uneven bars champion. She was a member of the Chinese team at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where she won a bronze medal in the team competition, and competed at the 2020 Olympic Games.
Pauline Sieglinde Schäfer-Betz or Pauline Schäfer is a German artistic gymnast who represented Germany at the 2016, 2020, and 2024 Summer Olympics. She is the 2017 World Champion, the 2021 World silver medalist, and the 2015 World bronze medalist on the balance beam. She was part of the bronze medal-winning German team at the 2022 European Championships.
Nina Derwael is a Belgian artistic gymnast. She is the 2020 Olympic champion, a two-time World champion, and a two-time European champion on the uneven bars. She is the 2019 European Games champion on the balance beam, as well as a two-time Belgian national all-around champion.
Marine Clémence Boyer is a French female artistic gymnast. She was a member of the bronze medal-winning team at the 2023 World Championships and was also a part of the 2018 and 2024 Europeans and 2018 Mediterranean Games silver medal winning teams and the 2016 European bronze medal winning team. Individually she is the 2018 Mediterranean Games gold medalist, the 2016 European silver medalist, the 2018 European bronze medalist and the 2024 European bronze medalist on the balance beam. She represented France at the 2016, 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics. She is the 2016 French all-around champion and an eleven-time medalist at the FIG World Cup series.
Denisa Golgotă is a retired Romanian artistic gymnast. She won two medals at the 2018 European Championships – a silver on floor exercise and a bronze on vault.
Diana Yevhenivna Varinska is a retired Ukrainian artistic gymnast. She is the 2019 European Games all-around and balance beam bronze medalist. Additionally, she was a member of the team that won Ukraine's first European team title at the 2020 European Championships. She represented Ukraine at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Georgia-Mae Fenton is an English artistic gymnast and a member of both the British national gymnastics team and the England Commonwealth Games gymnastics squad. She is the 2018 and 2022 Commonwealth champion on uneven bars, and a member of the gold medal-winning England team in 2022. With Great Britain, she was part of the team that won silver at both the 2022 European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships and 2022 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, before winning the gold medal, the first for a British women's team, at the 2023 European Artistic Gymnastics Championships.
Maellyse Brassart is a Belgian retired artistic gymnast. She represented Belgium at the 2020 Summer Olympics and the 2024 Summer Olympics. She has competed at five World Championships.
Georgia Godwin is an Australian artistic gymnast. She is the 2022 Commonwealth Games all-around and vault champion and the team, uneven bars and balance beam silver-medalist. She is also the 2018 Commonwealth Games all-around silver medalist and the team and uneven bars bronze medalist. She represented Australia at the 2020 Summer Olympics and was the third reserve for the all-around final. She is also a two-time World Cup silver medalist.
Hatakeda Hitomi is a Japanese former artistic gymnast who competed at the 2020 Olympic Games. She is the 2019 Summer Universiade champion in the team, all-around, uneven bars, and balance beam. She is also the 2020 American Cup all-around bronze medalist.
Nazlı Savranbaşı is a Turkish artistic gymnast. She represented Turkey at the 2020 Summer Olympics and at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics. She is the 2019 Mersin World Challenge Cup champion on the uneven bars. She is the 2020 Turkish all-around champion and the 2018 Turkish junior all-around champion.
Zója Székely is a Hungarian artistic gymnast. She is the 2020 European silver medalist on the uneven bars and bronze medalist with the team. She represented Hungary at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Lihie Raz is an Olympic artistic gymnast. Born in the United States, she represents Israel internationally. She won the bronze medal on the floor exercise at the 2020 European Championships, which was Israel's first medal at the European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She is also the 2019 and 2021 Israeli all-around champion. She represented Israel at the 2020 Summer Olympics and finished 59th in the all-around during qualifications, but did not advance to any finals. Raz represented Israel at the 2024 Paris Olympics, and came in 16th in the Women's vault, and 31st in the Women's All-Around qualification with a score of 51.632, just missing the final that had a cutoff of 51.698.

Jutta Verkest is a retired Belgian artistic gymnast. She represented Belgium at the 2020 Summer Olympics and was the youngest gymnast at the 2020 Olympic Games.
Lisa Vaelen is a Belgian artistic gymnast. She is the 2023 European vault bronze medalist. She represented Belgium at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
