Club career

Maria Edwards started her career at Manchester Utd's U21 team [6] In October 2020, Edwards joined Blackburn on a season-long loan to gain experience. [7] [8] In the summer of 2022 Edwards signed for Essen from Manchester United. [9] On 11 December 2022, Maria Edwards scored her first goal for SGS Essen against MSV Duisburg in a 6–0 victory. [10] [11]

International career

Edwards has represented the England women's national under-17 football team three times. [12] [13] [14] [15]
