Marijn Beuker (born 21 September 1984) is a Dutch football manager who is sporting director of Ajax.
Beuker attended high school in the Netherlands but did not graduate. After that, he attended the Johan Cruyff Institute in Spain. [1]
In 2013, Beuker was appointed youth director of Dutch side AZ. He worked with Dutch managers Louis van Gaal, Marco van Basten, Ronald Koeman, and Arne Slot while working for the club. [2] In 2021, he was appointed sporting director of Scottish side Queen's Park. In 2023, he was appointed sporting director of Dutch side Ajax.
