Marina Towers project is a residential complex in Beirut Central District, Lebanon. It is located near the Beirut Marina and consists of a high-rise apartment building, Marina Tower, and two mid-rise apartment buildings, Marina Court and Marina Garden. The Marina Towers project is built on over 7,000 square metres of land with the main tower reaching a height of 150 metres, making it the second tallest building in Lebanon. The Marina Towers project is on the Mediterranean Sea. The project consists of three distinct elements, covering over 2000 square metres of land.

Contents

The Tower

The orientation of the Marina Tower is set on the radial axis of the harbor. A crescent shape has been used in the design of the structure.

The Garden

Directly adjacent to the Marina Tower is the Marina Garden, an area offering the choice of smaller, units.

The Court

As a complement to the Tower and Garden, the Court offers space with smaller surface areas.

The Phoenician port of Beirut, also known as the Phoenician Harbour of Beirut and archaeological site BEY039 is located between Rue Allenby and Rue Foch in Beirut, Lebanon. Studies have shown that the Bronze Age waterfront lay around 300 metres (330 yd) behind the modern port due to coastal regularisation and siltation. It was excavated and reported on by Josette Elayi and Hala Sayegh in 2000 and determined to date to the Iron Age III and Persian periods. Two nineteenth-century Ottoman docks were also unearthed during construction, just to the north of this area at archaeological sites BEY018 and BEY019.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Parklinks</span> Place

Parklinks is a 35-hectare (86-acre) mixed-use development that straddles the Pasig–Quezon City boundaries in the Philippines. It is a joint project of LT Group and Ayala Land located on the banks of the Marikina River in the eastern part of Metro Manila. Jean-Marc Bonfils was a Lebanese architect of French ethnicity, based in Beirut, known for his work in the city during the rebuilding after the Lebanese Civil War. He was killed by the 2020 Beirut explosion, which occurred near his home.
