Mark Huberman grew up in Cabinteely, south Dublin. His father Harold was born in London; his mother Sandra is from County Wexford. [1] His sister, Amy Huberman, is an actress.

Threesome is a British television sitcom written by Tom MacRae and starring Stephen Wight, Amy Huberman and Emun Elliott. Striking Out is an Irish television legal drama series, broadcast on RTÉ, that first aired on 1 January 2017. Produced by Bl!nder F!lms for RTÉ Television, Striking Out stars Amy Huberman as Dublin-based solicitor Tara Rafferty, who is currently working for a fledgling legal firm. Filmed in Dublin and Wicklow, the first series, comprising four episodes, was broadcast during January 2017, to critical acclaim. Subsequently, the series was sold to the United States, where it made its North American debut on Acorn TV on 17 March 2017. Internationally, the series has been distributed by DCD Rights and Acorn Media Enterprises.

Can't Cope, Won't Cope is an Irish comedy-drama television series. It was created by Stefanie Preissner and produced by Deadpan Pictures for RTÉ2 in 2016. Seána Kerslake played fund manager Aisling and Nika McGuigan played art student Danielle. They are twenty-something friends from Mallow, County Cork, who share a house in Dublin. The first season was picked up by BBC 3 in 2017 and Netflix in the US, UK and Republic of Ireland in 2018. A second series was commissioned in 2017 and broadcast in 2018. The series also featured Amy Huberman. In August 2018, writer Stefanie Preissner confirmed that a third series would not be made, thus ending the series.

Tara Rafferty is a character in Irish legal drama "Striking Out". Tara is shown as a solicitor who goes out on her own after breaking up with her fiancée. Tara is the central character of the show. Tara is played by actress Amy Huberman. Huberman was nominated and won an IFTA award for her role as Tara in 2017. Tara's main storylines within the show have centred around her establishing herself as a lawyer on her own after she leaves the inner circle of Dunbar and Calloway solicitors due to end her engagement with her fiancée Eric.
