The Atlanta Chiefs were an American professional soccer team based in Atlanta, Georgia. The team competed in the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL) in 1967 and the North American Soccer League (NASL) from 1968 to 1973 and again from 1979 to 1981. He was also a member of the U.S. futsal team which took second place at the 1992 FIFA Futsal World Championship, and he is the father of FC Kansas City and United States forward Casey Loyd. He was elected to the Indoor Soccer Hall of Fame in 2011.
Tim Schulz is a former U.S. soccer midfielder who played two seasons in the North American Soccer League, two in the Western Soccer Alliance, two in Major Indoor Soccer League and one in the American Professional Soccer League. He was also a member of the U.S. soccer team at the 1983 Pan American Games. He coached the U.S. U-20 women's national team at the 2006 FIFA U-20 Women's World Championship.
