Early career

Before his role at Trenkwalder Group AG, Pollok began his career at Droege Group AG  [ de ]as a management consultant. [2] [5] [6]

Trenkwalder Group AG

Mark Pollok joined Trenkwalder Group AG in 2017 and was shortly thereafter appointed Managing Director of the German Trenkwalder companies. [7] [8]

In 2022, he was appointed as CEO in Trenkwalder Group. [9] [10] Under his leadership, the company developed significantly and become a top personnel service provider in Central Europe. [11] [12] [13] Also, a new company, Trenkwalder Business Solution GmbH, was founded in Germany, specializing in outsourcing solutions for clients. [14] [15] [16] Pollok focuses on developing and executing long-term strategies with emphasys on innovation and the continuous enhancement of services to adapt to the evolving needs of the labor market.
