Marko Kranjec is a former Slovenian politician. He served as the country's first Minister of Finance (formally as 'Secretary of Finance') from 16 May 1990 to 8 May 1991. [1] [2]
In 2007,he became governor of the Bank of Slovenia. [1] He served in this role for six years and Boštjan Jazbec was appointed as his successor. [3] [4]
Slovenia,officially the Republic of Slovenia,is a country in southern Central Europe. Ljubljana,the capital and largest city of Slovenia,is geographically situated near the centre of the country.
Anton Rop is a Slovenian politician. Currently,he is a vice-president of European Investment Bank. He was Prime Minister of Slovenia,from 2002 to 2004. Until 2005 he was also the president of the Liberal Democratic Party,the legal successor of the Slovenian Association of Socialist Youth. On 20 March 2007 he left the party and joined the Social Democrats.
