Marvin Oduber (born March 12, 1976) is a Dutch financial advisor and entrepreneur based in Amsterdam.
In 1996 Oduber started modelling in Aruba, and the next year he was signed by renowned Dutch modelling agency Touche Models [1] and appeared the following year on the cover of the agencies model book. Oduber studied business economics and in 2001 he founded an award-winning Financial Advice agency [2] in the Netherlands. Oduber is one of the co-founders of mortgage-tech company Elaine. [3]

The Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy is a graduate and undergraduate program at the College of William and Mary, founded in 1987. It enrolled its first class of graduate students in 1991. The first Wever-Croes cabinet was the cabinet of Aruba from 17 November 2017 to 20 September 2021. It was formed by a coalition government of the political parties People's Electoral Movement (MEP), Proud and Respected People (POR) and Democratic Network (RED), and was led by Prime Minister Evelyn Wever-Croes. It was the country's first coalition government in sixteen years and the first cabinet to be headed by a woman.
