The Maui Interscholastic League or MIL consists of 13 high schools that sponsor a number of athletic sports, including football, basketball, volleyball and soccer. Moloka'i High School and Lanai High School are voluntary members of the MIL due to the lack of other major high schools on the island of Moloka'i and Lanai. The War Memorial Stadium is used for the league's football games. [1]

The MIL fall and winter season sports include air riflery, basketball, bowling, cheerleading, cross-country, football, canoeing, soccer, girls' volleyball, swimming and diving, wrestling, and junior varsity softball. [3]
The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) is the governing body for high school sports in the U.S. state of California. CIF membership includes both public and private high schools. Unlike most other state organizations, it does not have single, statewide championships for all sports; instead, for some sports, the CIF's 10 Sections each have their own championships.
War Memorial Stadium is a stadium located in Wailuku, Hawaii, that opened in 1969 and holds 23,000 people. It is primarily used for American football, and from 1998 through 2005 was the venue for the Hula Bowl, a college football all-star game. When the stadium originally opened in 1969 it held fewer than 7,000 people. It was expanded due to the efforts of the then-mayor of Maui, Linda Lingle, to host the Hula Bowl.

Seabury Hall is a private college preparatory school in Makawao. It is affiliated with the Episcopal Church. It was founded in 1964 and serves middle and high school students'. Seabury Hall has been designated as a U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon School. The Seabury Hall mascot is a Spartan and the school colors are blue and red. Perched high on the slopes of Haleakala, Seabury Hall offers views of the rest of Maui, the Pacific, and the islands of Kahoolawe, Lanai, and Molokai.
Molokaʻi High School is located on a 27-acre (110,000 m2) expanse in a Hawaiian Homestead community approximately seven miles from Kaunakakai town where the state and county offices, hospitals, doctors' offices, banks, library, family-owned grocery stores and gas stations are located. All four elementary schools and one intermediate school feed into this single public high school on Molokaʻi. During the 2004–2005 school year, the Department of Education separated the Intermediate School from the High School, creating two distinct schools on the Ho'olehua campus.

The New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) is the governing body of interscholastic sports for most public schools in New York outside New York City. The organization was created in 1923, after a predecessor organization called the New York State Public High School Association of Basketball Leagues began in 1921 to bring consistency to eligibility rules and to conduct state tournaments. It consists of 768 member high schools from the state divided into 11 geographic sections. While as its name suggests the vast majority of its members are public, it does include a number of private and Catholic high schools. Most of these are located in Central New York and the Capital District, where parallel sanctioning bodies for private schools do not exist. It is a member of the National Federation of State High School Associations as well as the New York State Federation of Secondary School Athletic Associations.
West Warwick Senior High School is a public high school in West Warwick, Rhode Island, United States. In 2023, West Warwick High School is ranked 21st of 62 within Rhode Island by US News. The total enrollment is 1044 students; the total minority enrollment is 31%, and 48% of students are economically disadvantaged. West Warwick High School is the only high school in the West Warwick.

The Sunset 4A Region was a part of the Southern Nevada 4-A Region, until the conference was divided into two separate regions due to the constant expansion and development of new high schools in the Las Vegas metro.
The Sunrise 4A Region is a part of the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association and is one of two conferences in Southern Nevada 4A high school athletics. The Sunrise Region consists of large schools in Henderson, Nevada and on the eastern parts of Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, Nevada. There are two division in the Sunrise 4A Region, Northeast and Southeast. The Sunrise 4A Region was a part of the Southern Nevada 4-A Region, until the conference was divided into two separate regions before the 2000-01 school year due to the constant expansion and development of new high schools in the Las Vegas Valley. Sunrise Mountain High School joined the Northeast Division most recently, during the 2009-10 school year.
