Mauro Ribeiro (Curitiba, 19 July 1964) is a Brazilian former professional road bicycle racer. In the 1991 Tour de France, he became the first and only Brazilian cyclist to win a stage in the Tour de France.

In July 2021 Winder announced that she would retire from professional competition at the end of the season. During the 2021 UCI Road World Championships in Flanders, she was elected to a four-year term as a representative for road cycling on the Union Cycliste Internationale Athletes' Commission, winning 83 percent of the vote.
