Rabindra Prasad Adhikari was a Nepali politician and three time parliamentarian, belonging to the Nepal Communist Party (NCP). He authored the books Constituent Assembly, Democracy and Re-structuring.
Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe is a Nepali politician and the member of parliament. She has served as the Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and as the deputy speaker of the House of Representatives.
