Boley attended high school at Oak Grove located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Coming out of high school, he committed to play college football for the Colorado Buffaloes. [2] However, a few months after his commitment, Boley decided to decommit and re-open his recruitment. [3] He later committed and signed to play for the Virginia Cavaliers. [4]
Heading into the 2022 season opener, Boley was named the team's starting left tackle for their matchup against Richmond as a true freshman. [5] He finished the 2022 season, appearing in six total games, with two starts. [6] During the 2023 season, Boley started all 12 games for the Cavaliers at left tackle.
