Meagan Smith (born March 28, 1986) is an American former live film and voice actress. She played Chrissy on ER as a guest. She also voices the character of ten-year-old Gwen Tennyson on the Cartoon Network series Ben 10 , and the movies Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix and Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens , and voiced Rachel, the girlfriend of Tommy Pickles, in one episode of the Nickelodeon show All Grown Up! .

During the week-long special "Ben 10 Week" in April 2008 on Cartoon Network, it was revealed that this movie serves as the official finale to the series, canonically, even though it debuted months before the last six episodes of the series were aired. It was released to DVD on May 20, 2008 exclusively at Walmart stores. Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens is an American computer-animated science fiction action film that premiered on Cartoon Network Asia on March 11, 2012, and in the United States on Cartoon Network March 23, 2012, as part of "Ben 10 Week" which ran from March 19, 2012 – March 24, 2012. The events of the film take place after the final episode of the series. It was officially unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con International 2011. The movie was Cartoon Network's first CG animated movie and the first time the Ben 10 universe would be interpreted in full CG.
