Rana began her career as a model before stepping into acting with the Voot series London Files in 2022. ^[6] She later appeared in Amazon Prime Video's Dancing on the Grave. ^[7]

She appeared in Netflix's Friday Night Plan in 2023. ^[8] She also starred in the 2024 romantic series in || Ishq In The Air || on Amazon miniTV. ^[9]
