Mehdi Benhamouda (born 2 January 1995) is a French former racing cyclist, who competed as a professional from 2016 to 2022 for UCI ProTeam Team Novo Nordisk. [3] He was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 13.
Javier Mejías Leal is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2006 and 2017 for Fuji–Servetto, and Team Novo Nordisk. At the age of fifteen, Mejías was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Mejías was born, raised, and resides in Madrid, Madrid, Spain.

Casper Pedersen, who was making his Paris–Tours debut, beat Benoît Cosnefroy, whose previous best result was third in 2018, in a two-up sprint to take the win. Pedersen's teammate Joris Nieuwenhuis, who was also making his Paris–Tours debut, won the bunch sprint from a group of five to finished third.
