This is a list of members of the Victorian Legislative Council from the elections of 8 September 1892 to the elections of 12 September 1895. [1] No seats were contested in the elections of 13 September 1894. [1]

From 1889 there were fourteen Provinces and a total of 48 members. [2] [3]

Note the "Term in Office" refers to that members term(s) in the Council, not necessarily for that Province.

James MacBain was President of the Council until 8 November 1892, William Zeal was President from 10 November 1892; [4] Frank Dobson was Chairman of Committees.

Members of the New South Wales Legislative Council who served from 1891 to 1894 were appointed for life by the Governor on the advice of the Premier. This list includes members between the elections commencing on 17 June 1891 and the election on 17 July 1894. The President was Sir John Hay until his death on 10 January 1892 and then Sir John Lackey.
