Meraki TV is an Australian lifestyle TV show that broadcasts nationally on Foxtel Australia. The show covers all things Greek Australian including current affairs, history, mini documentaries, philosophy, entertainment, art, travel, and culinary interests.

In 2016 Meraki TV won its first award, winning a NSW Premier's Multicultural Media Award. [10] Later that year, Ana Sevo's work won her and the show a Multicultural and Indigenous Media Award. [11] In 2018, Meraki TV was nominated for a Premier's Multicultural Communications Award for 'Best TV Report'. [12] In 2019, Meraki TV was nominated for an Antenna Award for 'Best Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Program. [13] [ circular reference ]

Constantine Koukias is a Tasmanian composer and opera director of Greek ancestry based in Amsterdam, where he is known by his Greek name of Konstantin Koukias. He is the co-founder and artistic director of IHOS Music Theatre and Opera, which was established in 1990 in Tasmania's capital city, Hobart.

Greeks of the Sea, is a TV documentary which was screened on SBS ONE in Australia from 19 July to 2 August 2014 as a three one-hour episode series. The documentary was filmed in the Greek Islands in 2013. The TV documentary series is about the Greek's relationship with the sea. It is presented by Greek-Australian filmmaker Nikos Andronicos who travels from mainland Greece to 15 Islands of the Aegean Sea to hear the stories of fishermen, boat builders, divers, naval officers, ship-owners and others, whom he meets.

<i>Alex & Eve</i> 2016 Australian film

Alex & Eve is a 2016 Australian comedy-drama and romance film, directed by Peter Andrikidis and written by Alex Lykos, based on his play of the same name. The film is about dating in a multicultural landscape when Greek Orthodox school teacher Alex falls in love with Muslim Lebanese lawyer Eve. The stage production of Alex & Eve premiered in 2006 and finished in 2008, with sequels running until 2016. The film adaptation was released in October 2015 by producer, Murray Fahey's distribution company, Magicbox Entertainment. The film explores multiculturalism in Australia, as well as the importance of family, in a light-hearted manner. The film was received with overall positive reviews and was nominated for three awards in 2016, including Best Feature Film. The film was set in Sydney, Australia and reached international audiences.
