Mercedari Palace or the Palazzo Mercedari is a palace and civic and ethnographical museum in Modica, Italy. It was built in the 18th century as a convent for the Fathers of Meredari, attached to the S. Maria delle Grazie sanctuary. [1] Today, the palace contains the library and museum. It often hosts classical music recitals. On December 18, 2004, Japanese pianist Atsuko Seta performed at the palace. [2]

The gardens elaborated against the hillside behind the palace were added mainly by Bardini.

The Museo Arte Gallarate or MAGA is a museum of modern and contemporary art in Gallarate, in the province of Varese in Lombardy in northern Italy. It was founded in 1966 as the Civica Galleria d'Arte Moderna di Gallarate to house works purchased from, and donated by, artists participating in the Premio Gallarate, a national art competition. It was renamed in 2010 and moved to a new building.
