Merche Romero Gomes (born 27 November 1976) [2] is a Portuguese model and TV Presenter of Andorran descent. She is best known for once being the girlfriend of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo who was 9 years younger than her.

Gomes is of Spanish and Portuguese descent. She was born in Andorra and currently lives and works in Portugal. She gained notoriety for being the girlfriend of Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, 9 years younger than her. In 2006 Merche announced the end of their relationship. [3]

The history of the Portugal national football team dates back to its first match on 18 December 1921. The national team, also referred to as Seleção das Quinas, represents the nation of Portugal in international football. It is fielded by the Portuguese Football Federation and competes as one of the founding members of UEFA.

A Quinta is the third season of the Portuguese version of the reality show The Farm, which was broadcast by TVI. The last two seasons were known as Quinta das Celebridades and ran between 2004 and 2005. The format came back 10 years after, however this time it'll have a mix of celebrities and anonymous contestants. Teresa Guilherme will be the host, unlike last two seasons which had Júlia Pinheiro as the host. The applications officially opened on July 28. Applications were supposed to end on August 31, however probably due to a low number of applications it was postponed to September 15, when they finally ended. After some speculations that the season would premiere on the night of the legislative election, it was officially confirmed that it would premiere the day before, on October 3. There will be a 24-hour channel, however this time it'll be exclusive of NOS. The final prize money for the winner is €20,000.
