Mia Kristine Makaroff (born 12 April 1970) is a Finnish composer, best known for her work for the Finnish a cappella ensemble Rajaton. [1]
Mamma Mia! is a jukebox musical written by British playwright Catherine Johnson based on songs recorded by Swedish group ABBA and composed by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, members of the band. The title of the musical is taken from the group's 1975 chart-topper "Mamma Mia". Ulvaeus and Andersson, who composed the original music for ABBA, were involved in the development of the show from the beginning. Singer Anni-Frid Lyngstad was involved financially in the production and she was also present at many of the premieres around the world.

This album is decidedly different from the previous, more traditional albums by Rajaton. In each of the songs, one member acts as the soloist with the other five as back up. The album peaked at number three in the Finnish charts and was certified gold within six weeks of release.
Out of Bounds is the sixth album by Finnish a cappella ensemble Rajaton, released in 2006. Like their 2001 album Boundless, this album is almost entirely in English and was originally intended to be export only in order to reach out to foreign listeners. The CD contains two re-releases, four new versions of previously recorded songs, English versions of three Kevät songs and three new tracks.

Catherine Ringer is a French singer, songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist, dancer, choreographer, actress, and co-founder of the pop rock group Les Rita Mitsouko. She is the daughter of French artist Sam Ringer. She is also the lead vocalist for Plaza Francia Orchestra where she performs with Eduardo Makaroff and Christoph H. Müller, formerly of Gotan Project.
Mamma Mia! The Movie Soundtrack is the soundtrack album for the 2008 jukebox musical film Mamma Mia!, based on the 1999 stage musical of the same name. Released on July 8, 2008, by Decca and Polydor Records in the United States and internationally, respectively, it features performances by the film's cast including Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Pierce Brosnan, Dominic Cooper, Stellan Skarsgård, Colin Firth, Julie Walters, Christine Baranski, Ashley Lilley, and Rachel McDowall. The recording was produced by Benny Andersson who along with Björn Ulvaeus had produced the original ABBA recordings. Additionally, many of the musicians from the original ABBA recordings participated in making the soundtrack album. In keeping with the setting, the musical arrangements featured the use of traditional Greek instruments, most noticeably the bouzouki. The deluxe edition of the soundtrack album was released on November 25, 2008.
The Albums is a box set of recordings by the Swedish pop group ABBA. It was released on 11 November 2008 through Universal Music. The box set includes nine discs, the first eight are all of the original studio albums the way they were originally released between 1973 and 1981 while the ninth disc features all of the singles that were not released on the band's studio albums along with some of the B-sides. It includes a 40-page booklet on ABBA’s history. It does not include rarities or extras. The box set has charted in several countries.

He is best known as one of the founders of Gotan Project, which has brought together the broad universe of tango with electronic music. He is currently a founding and active member of Plaza Francia Orchestra and Müller & Makaroff, both with long time collaborator Christoph H. Müller.
Joulu (Christmas) is the fourth album of Finnish a cappella ensemble Rajaton, released on October 24, 2003. It is a double album, consisting of Christmas songs sung entirely in Finnish. Disc 1 is a studio album and contains both original tracks and new arrangements of traditional Christmas songs, including Finnish versions of carols Jingle Bells (Kulkuset), Silent Night and The Christmas Song (Joululaulu). Disc 2 is a live album, recorded in Karis Church, and consists of eleven devout tracks. The album peaked at #2 on the Finnish album chart and has sold double platinum.
Best of Rajaton 1999–2009 is a compilation album by Finnish a cappella ensemble Rajaton, released in October 2009. It includes some of the group's most popular songs and two previously unreleased tracks: Tosi Lapsellinen Joulusikermä and a cover of the Finnish 1989 Eurovision entry La Dolce Vita. A DVD is also included, featuring several live performances and music videos.
Tango 3.0 is the third album by the electronic band Gotan Project. It was released in 2010 on ¡Ya Basta! Records under license from XL Recordings for the UK and US market, and Universal Music in the rest of the world.
Christoph H. Müller is a Swiss musician, composer, producer and audio engineer. He is best known as a co-founder of the electronica/neotango band Gotan Project. He is currently a founding and active member of Plaza Francia Orchestra & Müller & Makaroff, both with long time collaborator Eduardo Makaroff.
