Beamish may refer to:
Nangarhār, also called Nangrahar or Ningrahar, is one of the 34 provinces of Afghanistan, located in the eastern part of the country and bordering Logar, Kabul, Laghman and Kunar provinces as well as having an international border with Pakistan. It is divided into 22 districts and has a population of about 1,735,531, the third highest of the country's 34 provinces. The city of Jalalabad is the capital of Nangarhar province. Nangarhar province is famous for its fish and karahi dishes.
Beamish Museum is the first regional open-air museum, in England, located at Beamish, near the town of Stanley, in County Durham, England. Beamish pioneered the concept of a living museum. By displaying duplicates or replaceable items, it was also an early example of the now commonplace practice of museums allowing visitors to touch objects.

Eastern Province played first-class cricket from 1893–94 to 2004–05, when the team was merged with neighbouring team Border to form the entirely professional franchise the Warriors.

Beamish Murdoch was a lawyer, historian, and political figure in Nova Scotia. He represented Halifax township in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1826 to 1830. He was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the son of Andrew Murdoch and Elizabeth Beamish. His family had come to Nova Scotia from the North of Ireland. His grandfather, a Presbyterian minister, Rev. James Murdoch served several parishes in the Province for 23 years. Murdoch was admitted to the Nova Scotia bar in 1822. In 1824 he was elected vice-president of the Charitable Irish Society in Halifax. He also contributed articles to the Acadian Recorder and the Acadian Magazine or Literary Mirror. Murdoch was defeated by Stephen Wastie Deblois when he ran for reelection in 1830; he was an unsuccessful candidate again in 1836 and 1840. He served as president of the Halifax Temperance Society. In 1841, Murdoch became clerk for the Central Board of Education and, in 1852, was named record for the city of Halifax. Between 1865 and 1867, he published A History of Nova-Scotia, Or Acadie. He died in Lunenburg at the age of 75. He is buried with a gravestone at the Hillcrest Cemetery.

Clark, JP McGowan and Robert Vignola. Gene Gauntier adapted a play written by Dion Boucicault, Arrah-na-Pogue, an Irish phrase that can be translated as "Arrah of the Kiss".

Beamish was a railway station which served the village of Beamish in County Durham, North East England, from 1894 to 1953. The station was built by the North Eastern Railway on the Beamish Deviation Line off of the earlier Stanhope and Tyne Railway.
George Beamish is a New Zealand middle- and long-distance runner, who won the 1500 metres at the 2024 World Indoor Championships. He holds the Oceania area record in the 3000 m steeplechase of 8:09.64 and the New Zealand record in the indoor 3000 m and 5000 m. He finished fifth at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in the 3000 m steeplechase.
