Michele Bratcher Goodwin (born July 29,1970) is an American legal scholar whose expertise is in the fields of bioethics and health law. She was the Chancellor's Professor of Law and director of the Center for Biotechnology and Global Health Policy at the University of California,Irvine School of Law. [1]
