Futari wa Pretty Cure, known as simply Pretty Cure outside Japan, is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation and aired on ANN for 96 episodes across two seasons. It is the first installment in the Pretty Cure metaseries created by Izumi Todo.
Taeko Kawata is a freelance Japanese voice actress best known for voicing Amy Rose from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. As of December 2022, three series have received English adaptations.

Tara Jayne Sands is an American voice actress and co-host of Cartoon Network's Fridays from 2005 to 2007. Sands has voiced in anime dubs and cartoons, including Bulbasaur in the Pokémon anime series, Spyler in I Spy, Kari Kamiya in Digimon Adventure tri., Anna Kyoyama in Shaman King, Mokuba Kaiba in Yu-Gi-Oh! Pseudonyms used in a similar manner include Hajime Yatate from Sunrise and Saburo Yatsude for Toei Company's anime and tokusatsu television productions. The use of the pen name began with Ojamajo Doremi.
Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash Star, often shortened simply to PreCure Splash Star, is a magical girl anime series produced by Toei Animation that aired on TV Asahi between February 5, 2006 and January 28, 2007. It is the third series in Izumi Todo's Pretty Cure metaseries, and follows a new story different from the previous two series that features the second generation of Cures. The series is directed by Toshiaki Komura, who previously directed Kinnikuman Nisei. The character designs were done by Akira Inagami, who previously worked on the character designs for the previous installments. The series' main motif is based on Nature, with its concept deriving from the Japanese idiom "flower, bird, wind, moon", which symbolizes the beauty of nature and the traditional themes of natural beauty in Japanese aesthetics.
Decoys 2: Alien Seduction is a 2007 Canadian science fiction horror film directed by Jeffery Scott Lando, and written by Miguel Tejada-Flores and Tom Berry. It is the sequel to the film Decoys. It was originally titled Decoys 2: Rebirth, with its North American DVD release title being Decoys: The Second Seduction.

Nagisa Misumi is the protagonist of the 2004 anime series Futari wa Pretty Cure and its 2005 sequel, Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart. She is a lacrosse player and second-year student at Verone Academy. At the beginning of the series, she becomes the caretaker of the fairy Mepple, who comes from the Garden of Light, and gains the power to transform into Cure Black.

Gojo is known for her theme song performances for anime series such as Ojamajo Doremi, Pretty Cure, and Yumeiro Patissiere. She has performed as part of Project.R and also provides backup chorus for other artists.
Zairaini binti Sarbini was a Malaysian freelance voice actress who dubbed for anime, foreign films, cartoons and TV programs in Malay that air on the Astro Ceria, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network and Disney Channel Malaysia. She was also the aunt of the young Malay voice dubbing actor, Arfalie Fikrie Razali. She was formerly a voice actress at Filem Karya Nusa.
