Milford FC are a South African soccer club that plays in the National First Division.

History

Milford campaigned for many years in the KwaZulu-Natal stream of the SAFA Second Division before purchasing the National First Division status of Uthongathi F.C. prior to the start of the 2023–24 season. [1] [2] [3]

After a poor start to their first season in the second tier, including losing their first four games without scoring a goal, coach Asanda Mvalo as sacked. [4]

Upington City is a South African football club based in Upington in the Northern Cape. They won the 2022–23 ABC Motsepe League beating Orbit College 3–1 in the final, and were promoted to the 2023–24 National First Division.

Orbit College is a South African football club based in the North West province. They earned promotion to the 2023–24 National First Division after winning the North West Stream A of the 2022–23 ABC Motsepe League, and then proceeding to the final, where they lost 3–1 to Upington City in the final.
