Miss Earth Venezuela 2018 was the second Miss Earth Venezuela pageant, held at the Theater of Chacao Cultural Center in Miranda, Venezuela, on August 12, 2018.
Ninoska Vásquez of Lara crowned her successor Diana Silva of Lara at the end of the event. Silva represented Venezuela at Miss Earth 2018 and placed as a top-eight finalist.

Miss Venezuela is a Venezuelan beauty pageant operated by the Cisneros Group. Founded in 1952, it currently selects Venezuelan representatives to Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss International. The current national director of Miss Venezuela is Miss Universe 2013 Gabriela Isler.
Miss Venezuela 2003 was the 50th Miss Venezuela pageant, was held in Caracas, Venezuela, on 16 October 2003. The pageant was won by Ana Karina Añez of Lara, who was crowned by outgoing queen Mariangel Ruiz of Aragua. 32 delegates competed for the crown marking the biggest turnout in the pageant's 51-year history. Miss Trujillo Francys Sudnicka would go on to become Miss Poland Universe 2006 and Miss Poland Earth 2006 where she placed in the top 8.

She represented the state of Lara at Miss Venezuela 2020, where she was a semi-finalist. Carrizo represented Venezuela at Miss Earth 2023 where she reached the top 12.
