Miss India or Femina Miss India is a national beauty pageant in India that annually selects representatives to compete in Miss World, one of the Big Four major international beauty pageants. It is organised by Femina, a women's magazine published by The Times Group. Since 2013, Femina also organizes Miss Diva separately which sends representatives to Miss Universe.

As part of the events, the contestants also travelled to Edinburgh, Scotland between 23 and 27 October. Alexandria Mills of the United States crowned her successor Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela at the end of the event, she is the sixth Venezuelan woman to win Miss World. Although over 120 delegates were expected to compete, problems regarding the timely acquisition of visas prevented several candidates from participating, thus reducing the final number to 113. Miss World 2011 was viewed by over 1 billion people worldwide.

She represent Malaysia at the Miss Universe 2014 in Florida and ended up did not make it to the semifinalists round, this is the 44th consecutive year Malaysia did not placed in Miss Universe pageant.

Rolene Strauss of South Africa crowned her successor Mireia Lalaguna of Spain at the end of the event. It was the first time in the history of Miss World that Spain won the pageant.
The second edition of Miss Diva was held on 14 October 2014. Fifteen contestants were shortlisted from thousands of aspirants in the country, who were mentored by Miss Universe 2000, Lara Dutta. At the end of the event, Miss Universe India 2013, Manasi Moghe crowned Noyonita Lodh as her successor. She represented India India at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant held in Doral, Florida, USA on 25 January 2015. At the same event, Alankrita Sahai was crowned as Miss Diva - Earth 2014 and Asha Bhat was crowned as Miss Diva - Supranational 2014.
Miss Earth India or Miss India Earth is a title given to the Indian woman who represents India at Miss Earth, an annual, international beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness. Miss Earth 2018, the 18th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, with the theme "Goddesses of the Earth", was held on November 3, 2018 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Karen Ibasco of the Philippines crowned her successor Nguyễn Phương Khánh of Vietnam at the end of the event. This is the first time Vietnam won the Miss Earth pageant, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. On October 20, 2018, Miss Earth announced in their Facebook page that the winners of Eco-Video and Eco-Media Award winners automatically fast-tracked to the Top 18; the two delegates who earned two spots through the preliminary panel of judges and by the votes of social media.
The 6th edition of Miss Diva took place on 31 August 2018. Top 19 contestants selected from all over the country competed in the pageant, who were mentored by Miss Universe 2000, Lara Dutta. At the end of the event, Miss Universe India 2017, Shraddha Shashidhar crowned Nehal Chudasama as her successor. She represented India at the 67th Miss Universe 2018 pageant held in Bangkok, Thailand on 16 December 2018. At the same event, Aditi Hundia was crowned as Miss Diva - Supranational 2018 and Roshni Sheoran was crowned as Runner-up. Miss Universe 2017, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters was a member of the jury. Miss Supranational 2017, Jenny Kim also graced the event. This was also the first miss diva pageant in which the finale was telecasted on the same day.
A'yana Keshelle Phillips is a model and beauty pageant titleholder from both the British Virgin Islands & US Virgin Islands who was crowned Miss British Virgin Islands 2018 & Miss World US Virgin Islands 2019. She represented the British Virgin Islands in the 2018 Miss Universe pageant but unplaced. She also represented US Virgin Islands at Miss World 2019 pageant.
Miss Diva 2019 was the 7th edition of Miss Diva pageant held on 26 September 2019. Miss Universe India 2018, Nehal Chudasama crowned Vartika Singh as her successor. She represented India at Miss Universe 2019 which was held in Atlanta, Georgia. Shefali Sood was crowned as Miss Supranational India 2019 by her predecessor, Aditi Hundia and she represented India at Miss Supranational 2019 held in Poland. Also, Varun Verma was selected as India's representative at the Mister Supranational 2019 contest.
