Mister Grand International 2021 was the fourth edition of the Mister Grand International competition, that took place on Dec 4, 2021 at Panama City, Panama. Contestants from thirty-two countries and territories competed in this pageant. It was broadcast live on Mister Grand International's official YouTube and Facebook page. [1]
At the end of the event, Tuan Lucas of Vietnam Mister Grand International 2019 crowned Fernando Ezequiel Padin of Puerto Rico as Mister Grand International 2021, marking its first win of Puerto Rico in this pageant. [2] [3] [4]

Miss Grand Panama is a national title bestowed upon a woman chosen to represent Panama at Miss Grand International. The title was first mentioned in 2014, when a Miss Panamá Mundo 2014 finalist, Carmen De Gracia, was appointed to represent the country at the Miss Grand International in Thailand. In the first few years of participation, most of the country representatives were appointed to the position without organizing the Miss Grand National pageant. However, some of them obtained the title at the multi-title national pageants, such as Reinas y Mister de Panamá in 2017, and Señorita Panamá in 2019 and 2022.
Miss Grand Trinidad and Tobago is a national female beauty pageant in Trinidad and Tobago to select its representative to the international Miss Grand International pageant. The pageant was founded in 2023 by a Port of Spain-based event organizer, Stolen Productions Ltd., and is directed by Kehra Ramsubhag and Sean Paul, who also served as the national licensees of Mister Grand International in Trinidad and Tobago since 2021.
Miss Grand Trinidad and Tobago 2023 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Trinidad and Tobago pageant. The grand final of the contest, which was originally set for September 2, was organized on September 10, 2023, at the Banquet and Conference Centre MovieTowne Mall, Port of Spain.

Mister Grand International also known as Mister Grand is an international male beauty pageant that was established in 2017 by Mark Gil Balisacan. The organization's first edition was held at Crossroad Center in Quezon City, Philippines on 7 October 2017. It is the largest international male beauty pageant founded in 2017 and is the counterpart to the unaffiliated female beauty pageant, Miss Grand International.
