Mitch Inman (born 24 October 1988) is an Australian rugby union footballer. His regular playing position is either centre or wing . He represents the Rebels in Super Rugby.
Inman is a graduate of Saint Ignatius' College in Sydney. [1] His club was Sydney University where he was coached by 2012 Rebels coach Damien Hill. [2] In the 2008 Shute Shield final Inman and his brother Dane found themselves in opposing teams: Mitch for Sydney Uni and Dane for Randwick. [3]
In 2009 Inman trialled with the NSW Waratahs [4] and toured with them to Fiji. [1] He moved to Perth in 2010 and made his Super Rugby debut for the Western Force against the Brumbies.[ citation needed ] He played every round of the Force's 2010 season. [5] He returned to NSW later in 2010 to help Sydney Uni contest the Shute Shield final, again, against Randwick. The teams included Wallabies Berrick Barnes for the students, and Kurtley Beale for Randwick. [6] For the start of the 2011 Super Rugby season he was back in Perth with the Force but suffered a serious elbow injury during the round three clash with the Sharks. [7] Later in 2011 he played at No. 13 outside James O'Connor at #12. [8]
Inman signed, in mid-2011, a two-year contract with the Melbourne Rebels to commence in 2012. [2] [5] Other new recruits would include Beale (Waratahs), O'Connor (Force) and Paul Alo-Emile (Force). [9]
Inman is a former Australian under-19s [1] and Australian Sevens representative. [10]

The New South Wales Waratahs, referred to as the Waratahs, are an Australian professional rugby union team representing the majority of New South Wales in the Super Rugby competition. The Riverina and other southern parts of the state, are represented by the Brumbies, who are based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
The West Harbour Rugby Football Club is a team in the Shute Shield, the premier club rugby union football competition in New South Wales. The club is based in Concord in the Inner West of Sydney, and plays home matches at Concord Oval. Concord holds a place in rugby history as a venue for the inaugural Rugby World Cup in 1987. West Harbour's major sponsor is Burwood RSL and post match functions are held at Club Burwood. In 2020, the Pirates would play out of Drummoyne Oval as Concord Oval being NRL club Wests Tigers' training ground, the venue was deemed off limited for people in excess of the "bubble".
The Sydney University Football Club, founded in 1863, is the oldest club now playing rugby union in Australia, although this date is disputed by historian Tom Hickie who argues that it was 1865.
Adam Freier is a rugby union footballer. In 2011 and 2012 he played for the Rebels in the Super Rugby competition, and retired at the end of 2012 from professional rugby. In 2015 he came out of retirement to play Shute Shield for Randwick until this day. His usual playing position is hooker.
Kurtley James Beale is an Australian professional rugby union representative player who has made over 90 national representative appearances in a ten-year playing career at the world-class level. He is of Aboriginal descent, has had a long Super Rugby career with the New South Wales Waratahs and has played for the Melbourne Rebels and the Wasps club in England. Beale usually plays at full-back or centre but can play fly-half or winger. In 2011 Beale received the John Eales Medal, awarded to Australian rugby's Player of the Year.
James Hilgendorf is a rugby union professional who plays for the Melbourne Rebels in the Super Rugby competition. His usual position is fly-half, but he can also play in the centres or at fullback.
