Mitko Vasilev Sabev (Bulgarian : Митко Василев Събев) (born October 8, 1961), is a Bulgarian businessman.

Sabev graduated from the higher naval school "Nikola Vaptsarov" in Varna, and then served as chief of the Bulgarian maritime fleet. Co-founder and manager on the "Festa Holding". He is also CEO of Yukos Petroleum Bulgaria Plc and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Naftex Bulgaria Holding AD. [1] [2] Chairman of the Assembly of Eurobank AD from 2003 to 2005. [3] He is currently chairman of the board of directors of Petrol AD, and chairman of the supervisory board of Petrol AD. [4] Former chairman of PFC Naftex Burgas and the current one of PSFC Chernomorets Burgas.

Petrol AD Bulgarian oil distributing company

Petrol AD is a Bulgarian oil distributing company which has 470 petrol stations, 80 petrol depots and three petrol port terminals throughout the country. The company was privatized in 1999. As of 2006, the company employed 8,000 people.

PSFC Chernomorets Burgas or simply Chernomorets is a Bulgarian football club from the city of Burgas, which currently competes in Bulgaria's fifth football league, the B Regional Group. The club has not won any major competitions, its most notable achievement being a second-place finish in the UEFA Intertoto Cup competition in 2008.

Chernomorets Arena is a planned future modern sports venue in Burgas, Bulgaria. The stadium will be built in the place of the old Chernomorets Stadium and will have an exact capacity of 30,000 spectators and a possible expansion to 55,000. It is scheduled to be opened in 2017 and it will be the new home ground of the local PFC Chernomorets Burgas. The construction will start in 2013, because of the global financial crisis, and will cost 500 million euros, making it one of the most expensive stadiums in Europe. The stadium will be part of a modern complex with a mall, underground parking area, indoor sports hall with a capacity of 3,500 spectators, three business towers and a five-star luxury hotel. The whole complex will cost 1 billion euros, according by the owner of Chernomorets and Petrol Holding AD Mitko Sabev.
