Mohamed Harrat (born 25 October 1976 in Algiers) is an Algerian footballer. He currently plays as a defender for CR Belouizdad in the Algerian league.

The Algerian Super Cup is an Algerian football competition, held as a game between the reigning champions of the Algerian League and the Algerian Cup. The first edition was held in 1981 and then again in 1992, 1994 and 1995 before being scrapped. The game returned in 2006 but would be scrapped again after the 2007 edition, returning once again in 2013.

The final took place on June 8, 2019, at Mustapha Tchaker Stadium in Blida with kick-off at 17:00 between CR Belouizdad and JSM Béjaïa, The latter is the first club from a bottom level to reach the final since 2005–06. CR Belouizdad achieved their eighth title in their history with a 2–0 win. Due to the difficult political conditions in Algeria and for the first time in the history of the Algerian cup final, the president of the country does not hand over the cup to the winning team, where he was handed over by the Minister of Youth and Sports Raouf Salim Bernaoui.
The fixture between CR Belouizdad and USM Alger is a local derby in Algiers, Algeria and a fierce rivalry. The derby does not have a common name. From the first meetings in the 1960s, a sport rivalry settled between the two clubs. It slowly fades in the next two decades before being revived in the late 1990s and early twenty-first century.

The match was played on November 21, 2020 at Stade du 5 Juillet in Algiers, between 2018–19 Ligue 1 winners USM Alger and 2018–19 Algerian Cup winners CR Belouizdad.
