Mohan Baral (born 4 December 1972) is a Nepali singer, actor, and politician. Currently, he is a Minister of State in the Nepalese government for Urban Development, as well as for Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation.

Baral made a career as singer in Nepali cinema, and acted in more than 70 films. He has also done playback singing in other Nepali films, including Bhojpuri- and Maithili-language movies.

Baral joined politics in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, becoming the government's youngest minister.
