Momzillas (stylized as MomZillas) is a 2013 Filipino comedy film directed by Wenn V. Deramas and produced by Star Cinema and Viva Films. It stars Maricel Soriano, Eugene Domingo, Billy Crawford, and Andi Eigenmann, and is part of Star Cinema's 20th anniversary presentation. [2] [3]
Elwood, an architect, is preparing for his wedding to Rina. Rina's mother had to work abroad for her daughter. Clara, Elwood's mother, had to do odd jobs especially when she was attacked by the wife of her lover. Minerva returned home from London after learning about the wedding. Clara and Minerva met each other, in a fit of rage. It found out that Clara had an affair with Minerva's husband. But, Clara doesn't know that the man he loves is a married man. Minerva asked Rina to call off the wedding. But, Rina formulated a plan for her mother and Clara get along with. They set-up a bridal shower at a yacht. However, a violent storm is raging. The yacht went to the middle of the ocean and some of those escaped. Minerva and Clara went missing. They are now stranded in an unknown island. While stranded, they were constantly fighting each other. Efforts for them to be found remain futile. When Elwood and Rina went in an island where their parents are, they were abducted by rebels. Luckily, they were saved by the military. One night, when Minerva caught with fever after she stepped on a sea urchin, Clara did everything to save her and they reconciled. Rina didn't stop to locate her mother, even though it's impossible to find them. Elwood blamed Rina for what happened to their parents, causing their breakup. As Clara and Minerva are about to leave the island, a fisherman came and asked him where they are. He told them that they are in an island at the back of SM Mall of Asia. The two went home and found out that a funeral services are currently underway. Minerva and Clara reunited with their families and said that the wedding will push through. But, it was too late as Elwood and Rina called-off the wedding. Minerva and Clara are now planning for their children to reconcile. But, their efforts fail. In an effort to push through with the wedding, Minerva hired theater actors to act as kidnappers and they will kidnap her and Clara. But, Clara and Minerva were abducted by real kidnappers before the theater actors arrive. The news about their abduction caused Elwood and Rina to forgive each other. The kidnappers are about to kidnap two women, but they made a mistake. Minerva told the kidnappers to tell to Rina that they will only release them if she will marry Elwood. The kidnapping turned into a hostage taking when police arrived. Minerva and Clara were saved and Rina married Elwood. Minerva was about to go back to London, and as before she bid farewell to Clara, she told her to communicate each other.

"T2" refers to Tenement 2, one of the buildings in Barangay Western Bicutan in Taguig where some of the scenes were shot. Kung Ayaw Mo, Huwag Mo! is a 1998 romantic-comedy and drama film released by Star Cinema directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng. It stars Maricel Soriano, William Martinez, Jolina Magdangal, and Marvin Agustin. The film was a reunion movie of Soriano and Martinez whose tandem was first seen in the drama film Oh, My Mama! (1981) but were popularized by romantic comedy films such as Galawgaw (1982) and I Love You, I Hate You (1983). They are joined by Magdangal and Agustin, in their first full-length film together, whose tandem first appeared in the segment Tameme of the twin-bill film FLAMES: The Movie (1997), 7 months later since it was released in July. The film was initially entitled “Pag-Ibig Mo, Pag-Ibig Ko”. Soriano and Magdangal also both reunited 2 years ago in Ama, Ina, Anak (1996).

Maricel Soriano is a Filipino actress who has appeared extensively on film and television. She began a career as a child actress, debuting in the 1971 film titled My Heart Belongs to Daddy, appearing alongside Tirso Cruz III. She went on to perform several roles in the 1970s, gaining her first acting award at the 9th Manila Tagalog Film Festival as "Best Child Actress" for her role in Alaala Mo, Daigdig Ko (1973) and the longest running Philippine sitcom John en Marsha (1973-1991), where she played the role of Shirley Puruntong. A supporting role in the film Yakuza Contract (1978) proved to be a breakthrough for Soriano; she received her first FAMAS Award nomination for it at age 14. In 2000BCE, she was introduced as one of the first GMA Babies and launched a loveteam tandem with William Martinez the following year. They appeared in several movies together including Galawgaw (1982), Summer Holiday (1982), To Mama With Love (1983), Teenage Marriage (1984), Anak ni Waray, Anak ni Biday (1984), and Inday Bote (1985).
