Alysicarpus is a genus of flowering plants in the legume family, Fabaceae. It is distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Australia. Species are known generally as moneyworts.
Bacopa monnieri is a perennial, creeping herb native to the wetlands of southern and Eastern India, Australia, Europe, Africa, Asia, and North and South America. B. monnieri is an herb used in Ayurveda, where it is also known as "Brahmi", after Brahmā.
Lysimachia nummularia is a species of flowering plant in the family Primulaceae. Its common names include creeping jenny, moneywort, herb twopence and twopenny grass.
