Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus, formerly Kimball Medical Center and before that, Paul Kimball Hospital, is a hospital located in Lakewood, New Jersey, United States, that serves parts of northern Ocean County and southern Monmouth County. The hospital is affiliated with Barnabas Health. Monmounth Medical Center Southern Campus also operates two satellite facilities: a psychiatric hospital known as Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center, formerly Kimball Behavioral Health, (with 100 inpatient beds) in Toms River, NJ and The Center for Healthy Living in Lakewood.

Lakewood Township is the most populous township in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. As of 2018, the municipality had a population of approximately 104,157 residents. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township had a total population of 92,843, representing an increase of 32,491 (+53.8%) from the 60,352 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 15,304 (+34.0%) from the 45,048 counted in the 1990 Census. The township ranked as the seventh-most-populous municipality in the state in 2010 after having been ranked 22nd in 2000. It now ranks 5th. The sharp increase in population from 2000 to 2010 was led by increases in the township's Orthodox Jewish and Latino communities.

Ocean County is a county located along the Jersey Shore in the central portion of the U.S. state of New Jersey. Its county seat is Toms River. Since 1990, Ocean County has been one of New Jersey's fastest-growing counties. As of the 2018 Census estimate, the county's population was 601,651, a 4.4% increase from the 576,567 enumerated in the 2010 United States Census, making Ocean the state's sixth-most populous county. The 2010 population figure represented an increase of 65,651 (+12.8%) from the 2000 Census population of 510,916, as Ocean surpassed Union County to become the sixth-most populous county in the state. Ocean County was also the fastest growing county in New Jersey between 2000 and 2010 in terms of increase in the number of residents and second-highest in percentage growth. Ocean County was established on February 15, 1850, from portions of Monmouth County, with the addition of Little Egg Harbor Township which was annexed from Burlington County on March 30, 1891. The most populous place is Lakewood Township, with an estimated 102,682 residents as of 2017, up 10.6% from 92,843 at the 2010 Census ; while Jackson Township covers 100.62 square miles (260.6 km2), the largest total area of any municipality in the county.

Monmouth County is a county located on the coast of New Jersey, in the United States within the New York metropolitan area, and the northernmost county along the Jersey Shore. As of the 2018 Census estimate, the county's population was 621,354, making it the state's fifth-most populous county, representing a decrease of 0.6% from the 2010 Census, when the population was enumerated at 630,380, in turn an increase of 15,079 from 615,301 at the 2000 Census. As of 2010, the county fell to the fifth-most populous county in the state, having been surpassed by Hudson County. Its county seat is Freehold Borough. The most populous place was Middletown Township, with 66,522 residents at the time of the 2010 Census, while Howell Township covered 61.21 square miles (158.5 km2), the largest total area of any municipality.

Kimball originated as a small community hospital in 1913. [1] Its first six operating rooms were built in 1969, with two more added in 1985.

Monmouth Academy was a university preparatory, nonsectarian, coeducational day school located in Howell Township, New Jersey, United States, serving students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. Founded in 1973 by Lois Hirshkowitz, Monmouth Academy was formerly known as Lakewood Prep School. The school offered small classes, but an extensive offering of Advanced Placement courses, Mandarin Chinese and art classes taught by professional artists.
