Morris Westfall (born April 5, 1939) is a former American Republican politician who has served in the Missouri General Assembly in the Missouri Senate and the Missouri House of Representatives.
Westfall graduated from University of Missouri with a bachelor's degree in agriculture. He has served in the U.S. Marine Corps and has worked as a livestock farmer. [1] As chairman of the Senate Transportation Committee, Westfall has been an advocate for road safety and against drunk driving. [2]

First elected to the U.S. Senate in 1986, he defeated Democrat Harriett Woods by a margin of 53–47%. He was re-elected in 1992, 1998, and 2004. On January 8, 2009, he announced that he would not seek re-election to a fifth term in 2010, and was succeeded by fellow Republican Roy Blunt on January 3, 2011. Following his retirement from the Senate, Bond became a partner at Thompson Coburn.
