The Motiv3 Pro-Cycling Team was a Norwegian UCI Continental cycling team that existed from 2012 until 2014. [1] On July 31, 2014, the team lost its UCI Continental status, and was a club team until its disappearance at the end of the season.
The UCI ProTour was a series of road bicycle races in Europe, Australia and Canada organised by the UCI. Created by Hein Verbruggen, former president of the UCI, it comprises a number of 'ProTour' cycling teams, each of whom are required to compete in every round of the series. It was initially the basis of a season long competition for rankings points, created for 2005 to replace the UCI Road World Cup series, which ended at the end of the 2004 season. The ProTour was the subject of continuing disputes involving the UCI, cycling teams, and the organizers of the world's most prominent bicycle races, and in 2009 and 2010 the ranking element of the ProTour was superseded by the UCI World Ranking. For 2011, the ProTour and World Ranking were fully merged into the UCI World Tour. ProTour status for teams – relabelled UCI ProTeams – will continue as the highest level of registration, and will carry the right and obligation to participate in all World Tour races.
Gustav Erik Larsson is a Swedish professional road racing cyclist for UCI Continental team Cult Energy Pro Cycling. He previously rode for UCI Professional Continental team IAM Cycling in 2013-14 and Vacansoleil–DCM in 2012. He is a very skilled time trialist; he has won his national title seven times, and has taken silver medals at the Beijing Olympics in 2008 and the 2009 World Championships in Mendrisio.
The UCI World Tour is the premier men's elite road cycling tour, sitting above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits. It refers to both the tour of 38 events and, until 2019, an annual ranking system based upon performances in these. The World Ranking was launched in 2009, and merged fully with its predecessor the UCI ProTour in 2011. UCI WorldTeams must compete at all events that were part of the tour prior to the 2017 expansion.
The Tour of the Gila is a cycling stage race for both men and women located in New Mexico, United States. It is sponsored by the component maker SRAM. The "Gila" began in 1987. Beginning in 2012, the men's Gila has been added to the UCI America Tour as a UCI classification 2.2 stage race, which permits UCI ProTeams to enter if they so choose; beginning in 2015, the women's Gila has also been added to the women's UCI international tour as a UCI classification 2.2 stage race.
Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka is a UCI WorldTeam cycling team based in South Africa. Until 2016 it was known as MTN–Qhubeka. The team's name reflects that whilst it is sponsored by Dimension Data Holdings, it is linked to fundraising for Qhubeka, a charity programme in South Africa. The team aim to fund 5000 bicycles every year for the charity.
SpiderTech powered by C10 was a UCI Professional Continental cycling team based in Canada that participated in UCI Continental Circuits races. The team was founded in 2007 by Cycle Sport Management. The team obtained a UCI Continental licence for its first season (2008) under the name of "Team R.A.C.E. Pro" (TRP), "Team Planet Energy" (TPE) in 2009 and SpiderTech powered by Planet Energy (CSM) in 2010. In December 2010 the team was granted a UCI Pro Continental licence for the 2011 and 2012 seasons under the name of SpiderTech powered by C10 (SPI). In October 2012, the team announced that it would take a pause in 2013, since its title sponsor withdrew its sponsorship at the last minute leaving the team without choice to suspend its activities.

The 2013 Tour de Langkawi was the 18th edition of the Tour de Langkawi, a cycling stage race that took place in Malaysia. The LTdL 2013, which carries the slogan "Can You Feel The Heat?" and "The Heat is On!", was officially began on 21 February in Kangar and ended on 2 March in Kuala Terengganu.
The Sibiu Cycling Tour is a 2.1 category professional bicycle road race held in Sibiu, Romania. Its first edition took place in July 2011, as part of the UCI Europe Tour. The race is organised with the support of the local council as well as the regional council of Sibiu. Held entirely around the city, the race normally runs over four days including a prologue on the cobbled streets of the city, and two climbing stages, one on the Transfăgărăşan Road to Balea Lac and a second to the mountain resort of Paltinis.
The 2014 Tour de Langkawi was the 19th edition of an annual professional road bicycle racing stage race held in Malaysia since 1996. The race was run at the highest category (apart from those races which make up the UCI World Tour, and was rated by the Union Cycliste Internationale as a 2.HC race as part of the UCI Asia Tour.
The 2014 USA Pro Cycling Challenge is the fourth edition of the USA Pro Cycling Challenge stage race. Once again, the race was included on the UCI America Tour, with a UCI classification of 2.HC. As such, the race was only open to teams on the UCI Pro Tour, UCI Professional Continental and UCI Continental circuits. The race took place between August 18–24, 2014 as a seven-day, seven-stage race, traversing the state of Colorado. The 2014 USA Pro Cycling Challenge was one of six UCI-ranked stage races in the United States in 2014, and one of two that attracted multiple UCI ProTeams to compete.
Arapahoe Resources–BMC is an American cycling team focusing on road bicycle racing. The team was developed by former professional racing cyclist George Hincapie. The team is managed by Rich Hincapie with assistance from directeur sportif Thomas Craven. The team was founded as a junior development team known as Hincapie–Holowesko Partners. It joined the UCI Continental Tour in partnership with UCI ProTour team BMC Racing Team in 2012. Riders who have gone on to compete for UCI WorldTeams and Professional Continental teams include Tanner Putt, Tyler Magner, Joey Rosskopf and Dion Smith.

ONE Pro Cycling was a British UCI Continental men's cycling team. Their first season was 2015, and they became a Professional Continental team in 2016. Due to funding issues, they reverted to Continental level in 2017.
A UCI WorldTeam (2015–present), previously UCI ProTeam (2005–2014), is the term used by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) to name a cycling team of the highest category in professional road cycling, the UCI World Tour or UCI ProTour, respectively. UCI WorldTeams must compete at all rounds of the tour.
The 2015 Tour de Langkawi was the 20th edition of the Tour de Langkawi road cycling stage race. It take place in Malaysia between 8 and 15 March 2015, consisting of eight road stages. The race is rated by the UCI as a 2.HC race as part of the 2015 UCI Asia Tour.
The 2015 season for Team Roompot began in January at the Trofeo Santanyi-Ses Salines-Campos. Team Roompot is a Dutch-registered UCI Professional Continental cycling team that participated in road bicycle racing events on the UCI Continental Circuits and when selected as a wildcard to UCI ProTour events.
The UCI 1.HC and UCI 2.HC are the second tier classification of road cycling races by the UCI, after the UCI World Tour. The races are part of the various UCI Continental Circuits. The 1.HC events are one-day races, whereas the 2.HC events are stage races. 'HC' stands for the French phrase hors catégorie, which means beyond categorization. In 2020, the .HC races will be replaced by the UCI ProSeries
