Motoblot is an annual motorcycle rally held in Chicago, Illinois, for three days and four nights in June. [1] It is the largest vintage motorcycle and scooter rally in the United States. [2] One of the co-producers of the festival was Riot Fest founder Sean McKeough. [3]
The first Motoblot rally took place in July 2014, and was renamed from the previous "Mods vs Rockers Chicago" rally. [4] In addition to a motorcycle and hot rod show, the rally features live music, the Miss Motoblot pin-up contest, [5] and sponsorship by Triumph Motorcycles, Progressive Insurance, and All Rise Brewing. [6]
Motoblot also has featured a custom motorcycle building competition called the Iron Moto Challenge. [2] Local Chicago dealer Motoworks won the competition in 2014 and 2015. [7]

The company introduced several other synthetic lubricants that represented industry firsts throughout the 1970s and early 1980s. Travis Alan Pastrana is an American professional motorsports competitor and stunt performer who has won championships and X Games gold medals in several disciplines, including supercross, motocross, freestyle motocross, and rally racing. He runs a show called Nitro Circus, and has competed in the Global RallyCross Championship and the Monster Jam circuit.
The Australian motorcycle Grand Prix is a motorcycling event that is part of the Grand Prix motorcycle racing season. From 1997 to the present day, it is run at the scenic Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit south of Melbourne, Victoria. Prior to 1997 the event was held at a number of different venues, most notably Eastern Creek west of Sydney New South Wales and Bathurst in central western New South Wales. The only rider to win the 'premier class' race at multiple venues is five-time World Champion Mick Doohan, Eastern Creek and Phillip Island (1998).
Cal Crutchlow is an English former road racer of motorcycles, who competed in the MotoGP World Championship. He ended regular competitions as a Honda rider in late 2020, having a contract to become a test development rider for Yamaha Motor Racing during 2021, with possible occasional appearances as a wild card or replacement rider.

Black Bike Week, also called Atlantic Beach Bikefest and Black Bikers Week, is an annual motorcycle rally in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area, held on Memorial Day weekend. It is also sometimes called Black Fill-in-the-Blank Week, because it has evolved to attract many non-motorcycling visitors who come for music, socializing and enjoying the beach. Events include motorcycle racing, concerts, parties, and street festivals. Called a "one-of-a-kind event" and "an exhibitionist's paradise" by Jeffrey Gettleman, Black Bike Week is "all about riding, styling and profiling," in the words of Mayor Irene Armstrong of Atlantic Beach, South Carolina.
Marc VDS Racing Team is a motorcycle racing team founded by Belgian owner Marc-Oswald van der Straten-Ponthoz, descendant of the founder of the Stella Artois brewery. The team competes in motorcycle racing in the Moto2 World Championship under the name ELF Marc VDS Racing Team. The team has previously competed in the MotoGP and MotoE classes. It also previously competed in many auto racing championships, particularly in grand touring classes - namely the FIA GT1 World Championship, the Blancpain Endurance Series, and the European Le Mans Series - as well as the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. They have also previously contested in rallying at various rally raid events, such as the Dakar Rally.
Mahindra Racing is a motor racing team based in Banbury, United Kingdom, competing with an Indian racing licence. The team is currently competing in the electric FIA Formula E Championship since the inaugural season in 2014. The team formerly competed in Grand Prix motorcycle racing, fielding a team in the junior 125cc category between 2011 and 2015. Mahindra later refocused on being a bike and engine supplier, until ultimately pulling out of the sport in 2017.
Paul Bird Motorsport are a British motorcycle road racing and rallying organisation. The owner Paul Bird competed as a rally driver and was formerly a solo-rider in motocross.
Riot Fest is an annual three-day music festival based in Chicago, Illinois, at Douglass Park. Riot Fest specializes in rock, punk, alternative rock, and hip hop. First started as a multi-venue festival in Chicago in 2005, Riot Fest has since become an outdoor festival starting in 2012, later expanding to Denver and Toronto until 2017. The festival is known for booking reunions, guest performances, and full album performances; it is also known as the one of the largest independently-owned music festivals in the United States.

Assata's Daughters is an organization of young radical African-American women and girls in Chicago, protesting against police violence. Assata's daughters was founded in March of 2015. Assata's Daughters is part of a cluster of black activist organizations known as the Movement for Black Lives. As of 2016, Assata's Daughters had 68 active members.
Addams/Medill Park is a public park in Chicago named after Jane Addams and Medill Elementary School. It is located in Little Italy.
Pilsen Fest is an annual weekend festival in Pilsen, Chicago showcasing "musicians, chefs, mixologists, poets, muralists, painters, writers, documentarians, and photographers." It is also known as Pilsen Arts and Music Festival, and had an estimated 50,000 attendees in 2017. Musicians participating in 2017 included Nina Sky, Rey Pila, Elastic Bond, iLe, Nina Diaz, Cordoba, Purple Tokyo, DECIMA, Lolaa, and Black Bear Rodeo. Pilsen Fest is sponsored by bilingual online magazine El BeiSMan.
